I’m talking about the Valentino Beauty Go Clutch Refillable Compact. Hey, it’s about time the legendary Fashion House joins ranks with the other big guns. For one thing, Valentino , like Fashion Houses, Armani, and Yves Saint Laurent, has teamed up with Loreal Luxe Division in a new, global licensing partnership! In other words, Valentino Beauty is finally here!
Furthermore, Valentino Makeup is following in the footsteps of signature Valentino Couture. In fact, like Valentino Couture, Valentino Makeup is also obsessed with quality, details, and that je ne sais quoi, somethin, somethin. Let’s just call it a cool twist ! Finally, the new makeup brand surprises us with new makeup innovations. The Valentino Beauty Go Clutch Refillable Compact is the perfect example of Valentino Beauty keeping things modern, and culturally relevant. In addition, they do it in couture style!
About The Valentino Beauty Go Clutch Refillable Compact
Finally, Valentino Beauty Go Clutch Refillable Compact holds a refillable finishing powder. Wait! That’s not all! Above all else, the compact doubles as an exclusive Valentino couture crossbody clutch! Wow! Hypothetically, you’re all dressed up, on your way to a black tie affair. What would you throw in your evening bag?
Personally, I’d bring powder and a brush to apply the powder. Also, I would take a lipstick. Additionally, I would need a small mirror, to peak at while I reapply my lipstick! As a result, the clutch includes powder, a powder brush, a mirror, and a mini Valentino Lipstick. Last, keep reading for all the details of the Valentino Beauty new powder, lipstick and compact / clutch!
You can find the Valentino Go Clutch Refillable Compact, powder refill, and mini lipstick at Nordstroms, Selfridges, and on the Valentino Website. The Go Clutch Refillable Powder Compact costs $205. The Go Clutch Powder Refill (0.14 oz. / 1.2g) Costs $50. The Mini Rosso Valentino Lipstick costs (0.07 oz. / 2g) $30. The Bundle includes the clutch, powder and Mini Rosso lipstick, costs $235.
The Packaging For The Valentino Beauty Go Clutch Refillable Compact
First, the top of the outer box is in the shade Valentino Red. The rest of the box is metallic gold. The Valentino insignia is gold. Also, the writing on the outer box is black. Next, the compact has a Rosso Red lid with a gorgeous raised gold Valentino V insignia on the outer lid. Noticeably, the lid has a rectangular opening on the front cover. Specifically, this rectangular “Hole” is where the mini lipstick goes. The rest of the compact is metallic gold. On the front gold bottom is a famous rock stud. In fact, the rock stud is also the mechanism that, once pressed, opens the lid of the compact.
Next, to open the compact, press on the rock stud, and lift up the lid. Simply push down on the lid, until you hear a click, to close the compact.
Inside, a nice-sized mirror is underneath the lid. Below the mirror is a rectangular opening. Specifically, the rectangular cut out is for the mini lipstick. 
Then, opposite the lid, is the spot where you place the lipstick. Even more, underneath the lipstick’s spot is the finishing powder. On the right side of the powder, lift up on the red frame that surrounds the powder. 
Do this like you are turning the page of a book. 
The powder stands up on the left side of the palette. Underneath, where the powder was, is a square well. Inside the well is a powder brush.
Last, a removable chain gives you the option of carrying the the compact crossbody in true Valentino Style!
The Formula for The Valentino Beauty Go Clutch Refillable Compact Powder
First, the pressed powder has a radiant, soft, matte finish. Even more, the formula is creamy. 
Also important, the formula, infused with Valentino’s proprietary Roma-Light Complex, made with light-reflecting pearls.
Therefore the powder gives your skin a radiant finish. Also, the formula is buildable for more coverage. Finally, the powder lasts up to 12 hours.
The Formula for The Valentino Beauty Go Clutch Refillable Compact Mini Rosso Lipstick
To begin with, the Mini Rosso Lipstick comes in two finishes. One way is a soft matte finish. The other way is a creamy satin finish. Even more, the formula features patented technology that provides intense color-payoff with 1 stroke of lipstick. In addition, the lipstick feels lightweight and comfortable on the lips.
The lipstick I chose was one of the soft matte red shades. All of the Rosso Matte Lipsticks are highly pigmented. Also, they do not feel dry on your lip. The reason is the formula includes oils that give your lips that ultra-comfortable, non-drying feeling.
Finally, all of the lipstick shades are infused with Valentino’s signature Roma-Light Complex, that is made with light-reflecting, color-boosting pearls. In this way, your result is more vivid, highly pigmented color.
The Powder Shades In The Valentino Beauty Go Clutch Refillable Compact
First, the Go Clutch Compact Face Powder comes in six shades. You pick your shade. And, that shade will come in your Go Clutch Refillable Compact. Even better, when you run out, you can order a powder refill for $50. The shades are 01 Very Light, 02 Light, 03 Medium, 04 Medium Deep, 05 Deep, and 00 Bronze. Look! One of the powders is a real bronze shade! As a result, you can use this shade to shape and add definition to your face. Plus, the Bronzer will give you a sunkissed look! Although Labor Day has come and gone, and schools are back to business, Summer doesn’t officially end until September 22! Also, think about your winter vacations. Either fun in the sun, or fun on the slopes, you’d want that sunkissed look. Best of all, you can switch your shades in the compact! I would get a finishing powder, and a bronzer!
Finally, I purchased 03, the light medium shade, in the face powder. I plan on ordering a bronze refill.
The Mini Rosso Lipstick Shades In The Valentino Beauty Go Clutch Refillable Compact
To begin with, there are six Mini Rosso Shades. Also, four of the shades have a creamy satin finish. Then, two shades have a soft matte finish. First, 22R Rosso Valentin is the red shade that embodies the spirit of the brand. Rosso Valentino, an intense couture red shade infused with a cool hint of of pink, has a creamy satin finish. In other words, this shade is considered the True Valentino Red.
Next, 100 R, Roman Grace, a cool toned pink and beige shade, has a creamy satin finish. Also, Roman Grace is a neutral shade, for those who love neutrals! Then, 213,R Sensuous Red, a deeper warm red shade, has a dreamy satin finish. Sensuous Red is the perfect shade to wear on Roman Nights! Last, 217A Ethereal Red, a red shade with a touch of plum has a satin finish. Ethereal Red is a warm, comforting shade.
Finally, there are two soft matte shades that come in the Rosso Mini size. One, 111A Undressed Velvet, a velvety, deep nude shade, has a soft matte finish. This is the deep nude shade that you’d want to be your nude statement shade. Last, the shade I chose for my Go Clutch Refillable Compact, 219A Star Studded, a red shade with perfect proportions of of red, blue and orange mixed in, has a soft matte finish. Interesting, Star Studded is an ode to my favorite time of day, when day meets night.

My Final Thoughts On The Valentino Beauty Go Clutch Refillable Compact
Be Still My Heart!! FYI, Valentino is my favorite store to visit when I am in Rome, or Capri. Therefore, when I arrive In Rome, I run down the Spanish Steps! Guess what is on the bottom of the steps, to the left! The Valentino Boutique! I love the handbags, the shoes, and the clothes! So, it was no surprise ,when Valentino came out with their Beauty Brand, and my heart fluttered. One thing for sure, Valentino Beauty goes beyond the other Italian designer brand makeup such as Gucci Lip Balms , Gucci Lipsticks, Armani Foundation,and Armani blush (to name of few)!
I’m not saying that these brands are not wonderful, quality makeup brands! I love them all!
However, , Valentino takes Couture Makeup to the next level. Then, they make it their own! Wait til you see what else they have in stores for you! For me, the new Valentino Beauty Collection is exciting. Wait til you see the Go Clutch! For sure, it is gonna be a collectors dream! Also, kudos to their packaging! I love that Valentino came up with products that can’t be mistaken for anything but a piece of Valentino! The shiny red and gold packaging! The chain on the clutch! The fact that the clutch holds your evening necessities! And you can wear it across your body! Brilliant!
