Packaging For Marc Jacobs Brow Wow Duo
First, the Brow Duo comes in what looks like a dual-ended ball point pen. Therefore, it is thicker than a pencil, or a bic pen. Each end has a lid. 
On one end, is a powder-like retractable pencil. Twist the pencil to raise it up. Furthermore, the flat-tipped pencil isn’t too thick. And, that is a good thing, because too thick applies way too much product. Also, the tip isn’t too thin, where it is always breaking. Because tip is flat, you can use the side of the pencil to create small-hair-like strokes.
Another thing, the Brow Wow Duo comes with a pencil refill. To release the old pencil, gently pull on the pencil. Then, click the refill into place.
On the other end, is the tinted brow gel. First, unscrew the tip of the pen. Out comes a tiny eyebrow brush. It sort of looks like a tiny spoolie. When pulled out, the brush is covered with the exact amount of tinted eye gel, for one brow. You can always push the brush back into the pen, and collect more color for the other brow.

For one thing, the eyebrow pencil has a creamy formula. Therefore, it is soft and powder-like. As a result, it blends easily into your sparse brows. Brows won’t look harsh or fake. Furthermore, the formula is easy to build up the areas where you want your brows to look fuller.
Finally, the formula allows you to create a natural-looking brow. Moreover, your brows look fuller. And, it creates dimension for your brows. Last, you can apply the brow pencil quickly. After you use it once or twice, you’ll apply it faster. This is because it is really easy to use, once you get the hang of it.
One last , but not least, thing is the formula is waterproof. Therefore, the formula is very long-lasting. You won’t tinted gel sets your brows. Also, have to worry about your brows disappearing, until you take them off.

My Final Thoughts On Marc Jacobs Brow Wow Duo…..
First, you can use the pencil and the tinted brow gel together. Therefore, use the pencil first. Then, use the tinted gel to set your brows. Also, you can use the pencil by itself. And, you can just use the tinted brow gel. And, Marc Jacobs tip for more voluminous eyebrows is to use the tinted gel in upward strokes, prior to, using the pencil.
I’m not great with my brows. So, if I find something that is easy, and quick, it is a winner. I think that the Brow Wow Duo is easy to use. I love the creamy formula of the pencil. I don’t have to press so hard on the pencil. That usually get me in trouble, and make my brows too dark. Also, I love that my brows still look natural and soft. They do not look like I painted them on.
Last, the price is right. The reason is you get 3 products, because you get a pencil refill.
