The Celebrity : Katy Perry. Since her first hit in 2008, she has been in the limelight. Pop superstar. Singer. Songwriter. Katy Perry has donned many different looks in the past decade. It is part of her trademark to transform her various makeup looks. It makes her more exciting. Because she is beautiful, and popular, her makeup looks are what a lot of women use, as a reference. for the many eye shadow looks they replicate today. Katy has been the face of Cover Girl for many years. She also has collaborated with Cover Girl, two times, to create her Katy Kat Collection which includes liners, lipsticks, and eyeshadow-highlighter duos.
Her latest KatyKat Collection was inspired by mermaid and pearlescent hues.
Katy’s eyes are lined with Mermaid Blue eye shadow (that matches her mermaid hair) , the shadow is drawn as a mermaid blue cat eye. This look includes a lot of black mascara (and lash extensions).

Katy looks amazing with lots of dark black mascara, dark black eye liner, an ever so slight slight cat eye flick, and smudged liner under her eyes. It emphasizes her gorgeous green/blue eyes.
This look has neutral or no eye shadow, a thick black top line, cat eye style, and smudged liner under the eye. She definitely lines her water lines on both top and bottom with a black liner, and she uses lots of black mascara, and most likely has some false eyelashes or lash extensions.
It appears that Katy has some lash extension thing going on, and a smudged black liner under her bottom lashes for a no makeup/ makeup look.

What a gorgeous Cleopatra eye!!!! This eye is a piece of art! Priceless! Love all the colors, purple, pink, yellow, blue, peach, and the interesting eye liner that frames the crease, draws the outer corner, and accentuates the lower lash line.
Katy in another dramatic eye. This is an elongated cat eye, no eyelashes, white shadow, and a black crease. Her eyebrows are thin and elongated. More emphasis is placed on the lower lash line which is where the cat eye begins. This eye look is another work of art.
For a minute there I almost thought this was Adele! Love this nude look. The only definition is her eyes, a black eye liner outlining her top and bottom lashes, and black. mascara
I love her peach glitter monochromatic eye that goes with the lips and the cheeks which are also peach. As always, her black eyeliner, and mascara emphasizes her gorgeous blue/green eyes.
Katy has a more natural eye in this editorial, not as much eyeliner, or mascara as she usually wears. She looks softer!
Her eye is more emphasized with silver and white eye shadow, a cat eye with black eyeliner, and long black lashes with lots of black mascara.
