To start with, I just received the new Charlotte Tilbury Stoned Rose Bundle. First, Stoned Rose is the third best selling Charlotte Tilbury lipstick shade. As a result, when Charlotte has a winner, she runs with it. Charlotte has run with her best selling shade, Pillow Talk. In other words, the best seller, Pillow Talk lip pencil, became a lipstick. Now it has become a whole collection of products. For example, there are now 2 Pillow Talk blushes. One, the original, is light. The other, a brand new shade, is darker. In addition, she added a medium, and dark Pillow Talk Lipstick to the mix. Even more, she created a Pillow Talk Lip Bath! Are you following me?
Another shade favorite, Walk of Shame, has morphed into an eyeshadow palette. Now, Charlotte has created the Stoned Rose Instant Face Palette. This palette came on the heals of the 2019 Holiday Instant Face Palette, the Gorgeous Glowing Face Palette. Moreover, add that to the Stoned Rose KISSING lipstick, and you have your Charlotte Tilbury Stoned Rose Bundle.
You can find the CT Stoned Rose Bundle on Charlotte’s Website. The bundle costs $103. However, you might already have the Stoned Rose KISSING LIpstick. If you do, you bought it for $34. So, you can just purchase the Stoned Rose Instant Look In A Face Palette for $75. As a result, you would be saving six dollars. Moreover, you can find the Stoned Rose Lipstick, and the Stoned Rose Instant Look In A Face Palette at Beautylish.
Packaging for the Charlotte Tilbury Stoned Rose Bundle
To begin with, the outer box imagery includes roses. Furthermore, the roses, on the front of the box, are reflections of each other. Although, the palette is the classic CT Instant Look In A Face Palette.
For one thing, the palette is the deep Mahogany shade with gold lettering. Open the palette. First, there is a full mirror on one side.
And, opposite the mirror, are 7 pans. Above all, each pan is numbered . Charlotte simplifies you having to figure out what goes where.
Instead, she gives you the step by step, spelled out in each pan.
As a result, you should nail your look in five minutes or less!
Furthermore, the Stoned Rose KISSING Lipstick comes in Charlottes iconic gold textured lipstick tube.
The Formula For The Charlotte Tilbury Stoned Rose Bundle
To begin with, The Stoned Rose Lipstick is in the KISSING Formula. First, the formula includes Lipstick Tree Extract because it has nurturing and protective properties. For one thing, Native American Women used to paint their lips with Lipstick Tree Extract. Today, it still offers UV protection. Also, it will keep your lips hydrated. In addition, the formula also includes light-diffusing pigments. These light diffusing pigments give your lips a plumping effect. I love that this formula has a velvety texture. Finally, you’ll get a luminous, multi-dimensional finish.
Next, The formula in the Stone Rose Instant Face In A Palette is a soft powder that feels silky, like cashmere. First, because it is so soft, it is easy to blend! Also, the rich pigments are buildable. The shades give off a sheen, that makes your face glow. Furthermore, you will get a natural look during the day. Although, you can amp up the color for a night time look. Finally, not much fall-out comes from the shades. I always wear this on top of foundation, and a face primer. As a result, the shades are long-lasting.
The Charlotte Tilbury Stoned Rose Bundle Shades
The Stoned Rose Lipstick
To start with, the Stoned Rose KISSING Lipstick , a coral rose shade, has a full-bodied satin finish.
Again, the finish is luminous and multi-dimensional. Last, the texture of the KISSING formula feels like velvet on your lips. And, this formula won’t dry out your lips the way some lipstick will.
The Stoned Rose Instant Face In A Palette
Eye Brighten
First, Eye Brighten, a golden champagne shade, has a shimmering finish. Use Eye Brighten to Prime your eyelids. Therefore, using an eyeshadow brush, brush this golden champagne shade all over the surface of your eyelids.
Eye Enhance
Next, Eye Enhance, a peach “inspired” bronze shade, has a shimmering finish. First, use this “inspired” bronze shade all over the eyelids, to create soft, glowing dimension. Also, add it in your crease. Furthermore, use it to line your lower lash lines.
Eye Smoke
Finally, Eye Smoke, a muted plum shade, has a matte finish. To start, use this muted plum shade in the outer corners, and outer v of your eyes. Also, use it on the outer third of your eye, to add more definition, and bring attention to that area. Finally, use Eye Smoke to smoke out the corners of your eyes. Even more, you can use this shade to line your lower lash lines. I even like it to line your upper lash lines, for a night time look.
Face Bronze
First, Face Bronze, a muted tawny-brown shade, has a matte finish. First, Face Bronze is the same formula as Charlotte’s FilmStar Bronze and Glow. Moreover, use this honey bronze shade to warm your complexion. Also, wear it to add definition to your cheekbones, nose, and jaw-line. One, I love to warm up my face, around my temples, across my forehead, near my hairline. Also, brush it underneath your cheekbones, in the hollows of your cheeks. Then, brush it along your jaw line. Finally, if you want to give yourself a do it yourself nose job, line either side of your nose.
Cheek Swish
Next, Cheek Swish, a peachy-pink shade, has a matte finish. Use this shade along your cheeks, applying it to the apples of your cheeks, and blending it out. Honestly, these swish shades never do much for me. I have better luck with the Pop shade!
Cheek Pop
Then, Cheek Pop, a warm rosy shade with gold undertones, has a shimmering finish. First, pop Cheek Pop on the apples of your cheeks. Then, I would pop it on your brow bones, your temples, across your nose, and under your chin.
Face Highlight
Finally, Face Highlight, a sheer, sheer soft pink shade, has a shimmering finish. The Face Highlight will give you your Glowing Moment. Use it where ever you need a “magical blurring effect, and a photo-finish radiance.” I like it on my cheekbones, up to my temples. Also, I put it down the center of my nose. Also, I love it on my brow bones. Even more, use it on the inner corners of your eyelids. Last, brush some on the center of your forehead, and the center of your chin.
Charlotte Tilbury Stoned Rose Bundle Last But Not Least……..
I wonder why Charlotte would release two Instant Face Palettes over the holiday season. The first launch, The Gorgeous Glowing Instant Palette is my favorite for this time of year. For one thing, the shades are a little deeper. Overall, the Gorgeous Glowing Palette is more dramatic. However, the peach tones in the Stone Rose Palette are also beautiful. But, the shades are a little lighter. I like it very much. Therefore, I think I’ll use it more in the Spring and Summer, when I want more peach in my life. And, it is the perfect compliment to the Stoned Rose Lipstick. And visa versa!
Now that we are in the dead of winter, and our sparkling holiday lights have been packed up, we need that all over glow! Either palette, while they are different, will give you pretty much the same results. Although, Stoned Rose is a more subdued, neutral palette, that has peachy/coral undertones. Try it with the lipstick. You’ll love it, I am sure of that.
PS
Do you have either of these palettes? If you do, please let me know what you think. Which one would you prefer? Or, would you love to have one for the dead of winter, and one for the spring/summer? I love hearing from you, and would love for you to interact with me. Please Don’t Be Shy!!!! Stop in, down in the comments below) and at least say hi!!!!
