It is a skincare product, that is formulated with skin-loving ingredients!
The Glow Toner is the second step in your skincare regime, meaning, directly after cleansing , you apply the Glow Toner. It works to restore balance, help regulate ph balance and refine pores. Therefore, if you are expecting your skin to glow, this is not going to happen. The Glow Toner is actually used to finish the cleansing step. Also, do not be mistaken, this is not an essence-an essence is more moisturizing. In fact, you can wear an essence after you apply the Glow Toner.

It is a clear bottle, made from plastic, with gold writing, and a plastic silver screw on lid. The bottle has the recycle symbol on the back. 
The great thing about the bottle is, it comes in a mini version, and a large version. I purchased the mini version, which has a lot of advantages-one being the price, which is a lot less money, great for travel, and a great way to try the product before investing in the big bottle. Once you decide you love the product, then you can move forward and purchase the larger, full-sized bottle
The formula looks milky inside of the bottle. The star ingredients in the Glow Toner Formula are Niacinamide , a form of Vitamin B3, that supports natural processes that help maintain natural skin function and has balancing smoothing and pore refining properties.
