This is a High Performance Formula that purifies and nourishes the skin. It includes Tom Ford Infusing Complex that is loaded with nutrients that help the skin stimulate its natural repair mechanism, helping the skin restore cellular vitality., which restores luminosity and vitality back to the skin. There is no silicone, mineral oil , or preservatives in this formula. TF relies on Natural Extracts in his formulas!
The top-notch skincare included in this primer enhances the skin’s texture and tones the skin. Visibly,the skin looks brighter and refreshed. Antioxidants in the formula protect the skin against free radicals so that the skin looks renewed, resilient, and smooth.
As for the makeup side of the primer, the ingredients include ultra-fine micro shimmer which illuminates the primer itself. 
It can be used as an illuminator under your foundation, which creates dewier looking skin. When you use the illuminating primer all over the face, it creates a subtle glow. You can even mix the illuminating primer with your foundation.

I love the packaging of the Tom Ford bottles. The pump mechanism system is so easy to use and convenient. No messy caps or lids to worry about. No fear of a loose top and spillage of the liquid going all over your clothes in the suitcase! It is compact and extremely secure for travel.
I agree that for a primer, this is expensive. However, if you consider that it is a hybrid product, that includes cellular, and antioxidant skincare in the mix, then it makes more sense and the product isn’t really that expensive considering it is multitasking as a primer, and skincare product in one bottle. I think that is what makes Tom Ford products amazing, high end , and luxurious. Wouldn’t you love this sitting on your vanity? I do!
