I guess the reason Nars named this shadow Loaded was because it was Loaded with some good stuff, like great neutral shades that pack a punch!?! This is not another Ho,Hum neutral palette, so check it out, because this is a beautiful, warm. neutral palette. The shades are gorgeous, reddish browns, peachy browns, and warm gold, bronze and copper- and they are all brand new ! I think it is more exciting than most neutral palettes out there!
The Narsissist Loaded Eye Shadow Palette($59) was launched last month. Already it has become one of my most used palettes. Why so? Because it has all the key “ingredients” new, neutral, mattes, shimmers, warmth, pigmented, super buttery, easy to blend, and they are long-wearing shades.
I love that this is a cohesive palette. That means, when using the Loaded eyeshadow palette, there has been no time that I needed to reach for another palette, to find a “right’ shade to go with it. The palette is loaded with go together, COHESIVE colors!!!!!
Let’s Look at these 12 buttery smooth, silky shades.

Right – Newbury Street
Middle – Windsor
Left – Privilege
Newbury Street
Newbury Street is a white frost with tiny flecks of gold in it.

Newbury Street swatch
This is a great shade to use as a highlighter, under the brow. I would also use this in the inner corner of my eyes. I would even wear this shade all over my lid for a frosty shimmer.
Windsor
Windsor is a beige matte

Windsor Swatch

Windsor swatch
I would wear Windsor on its own on my lid, as a base shade for another shade to go on top, in the corner of my eye, and as a highlighter.
Privilege
Privilege is a gold frost.

Privilege swatch
I would wear Privilege all over my lid, as a highlighter, I would mix it with a darker, liner shade, and I would wear it in the corner of my eye for a more bronze look with a tan, or bronzer.

Right – Dover
Middle – Foix
Left- Castille
Dover

Dover is a grey taupe matte

Dover swatch
Dover is a great transition shade, to make a gradual color change, start with the light Dover Grey before adding a darker shade, such as Reale , to transition the shades so they blend together, without sharp differentiation between colors . I would also wear it as a crease shade on its own.

Dover
You can mix shades such as mixing Dover with Castille to tone Castille down and warm Dover up. Wear it in the crease, and put a darker shade on top of it.
Foix

Foix
Foix is a light matte peach .
Foix is another great transition color. For a nude look, I would wear it all over my lid, or as a base to cover darkness. Peach is one of my favorite shades, I gravitate towards peach. I think it is a good color for everyone, it really looks great on all skin tones. Yes, the Peach craze this Spring is a great trend for all of us!
Castille
Castille is a warm brown matte
Castille is a transition color, and I would definitely wear it in my crease. I also would wear it toward the outer corner of my eye if I were wearing a light shade on my lid. It has more red in it than it looks in my photo. I love warm brown shades in the summer with a bronze look.

Alnwick
Middle – Versailles
Left – Splendor
Alnwick is a copper shimmer

Alnwick swatch
I would wear this copper shimmer on my eyelid, in my crease, and on the outer corner of my eye.
Beaumaris
Beaumaris is a chocolate brown shimmer

Splendor swatch
Splendor is a warm silver/taupe shimmer with a bit of silver flecks
I would use Splendor on the lid, in the crease, in the outer corner of the eye.

Right – Versailles
Middle – Montaillou
Left – Reale
Versailles is a golden bronze shimmer

Versailles swatch
I would wear Versailles all over the lid.
Montaillou
Montaillou is a deep, rich espresso matte.

Montaillou swatch
Montaillou is a great shade to apply to the upper or lower lash lines. I would use it as a crease shade, and on the outer v of the eye.
Reale
Reale is a charcoal black with subtle flecks of glitter in it.
Reale swatch

Reale swatch
Reale is great on the upper and lower lashlines, on the outer v of the eye, and in the crease for a dramatic eye.
The shades are “Loaded” with pigment, and they will create rich, pigmented looks.

ingredients
The formula is super buttery. Expect some fallout because they are super soft. A little goes a long way, so just pick up a little bit of powder on the brush, if you pick up too much, you will end up with a powdery mess, and you do not need a lot of these powders to make an impact!
Even if you have ten other neutral palettes, don’t pass this up, it’s a good one!
You Are Awesome!

Neutral palettes are my fav! My roommate and I have had our eyes on this since it came out. Sadly on a college student budget, it’s a no buy. I love the Versailles and Montaillou colors. It’s gorgeous! Great palette !
Hi Olena! Try the Morphe Palettes. They have big neutral palettes, and if you like neutrals, the quality is great, and their price is really good. You get a lot of bang for your dollar! Let me know. I would go to amazon, or Morphe Brushes . com They just came out with a new palette that has a lot of warm golds in it. I think you will love it!
