Sometimes all we do is try to please everybody else. It is hard for us to use the “No” word. It is difficult for us to speak up.
All you can do is be kind and be fair, and handle it when other people are upset because you didn’t make them happy, Oh well, we all know that life isn’t easy or fair.
What’s most important – instead of feeling sorry for ourselves, we must take care of ourselves.
The important thing we need do for ourselves is to take responsibility for ourselves. Think -” Me” First! The following are some inspiring ways for us to learn to love and appreciate ourselves – thinl”ME”-and put youself first!

TAKE SOME TIME TO APPRECIATE WHAT YOU HAVE
EMBRACE DIFFICULT SITUATIONS- CHOOSE ACCEPTANCE AND COURAGE
DISSOLVE ANGER AND DIFFICULT EMOTIONS WITH LAUGHTER AND BY LIGHTENING YOUR RESPONSE
THINK BIG AND EMPOWERING THOUGHTS
DO LESS AND SAY NO MORE OFTEN
TAKE ACTION
FEEL CONFIDENT
BELIEVE IN YOURSELF
You are the only person who really understands of you. You are the one person in your life that has and you’ll always have that will take care of you. You are that one person that you can always count on- you – yourself!
So appreciate that person (you) who is always with you, has always been with you and will never leave you, and love this person (you) for it.
