New from Chantecaille, is their Fall 2021 Collection! To begin with, the collection is another one of Chantecaille’s Philanthropy Launches. The new launch is the Chantecaille India’s Vanishing Species Eye Shades. Additionally, the India’s Vanishing Species, a Color Collection, includes two luminous mono eyeshadows. The name of each shade, Tiger and Leopard, two of India’s vanishing species. in India. The reason is, the Tiger and the Leopard are two vanishing species in India.
In fact, India is the largest home for leopards and tigers outside of Africa. Unfortunately, these big cats are losing their habitat. The reason is, the people population is growing by leaps and bounds in the Java Region of Rajasthan, India. Finally, Chantecaille’s proceeds go to supporting the Sujan Project. To explain, the Sujan Project concentrates their efforts on re-wilding farmland that connects wildlife corridors. So far, the project has restored more than 38 square miles of habitat!
The Packaging For The Chantecaille India’s Vanishing Species Eye Shades
First, the outer boxes are, predominantly, a shiny metallic bronze. Although, the front of the Leopard box features a head shot of the most gorgeous leopard perched on a tree branch. Also, it appears as if the leopard is in a wooded environment. Next the front of the Tiger box features a Royal Bengal Tiger, walking in, an emerald green wooded area. Both of the photos are also the same photos featured on the cover of each eyeshadow compacts. Then, the remainder of the compacts are also bronze metallic.
To open the eyeshadow, simple lift the lid up at the center mechanism on the lip of the compact. Inside, is a mirror underneath the lid of the compact. On the other side of the mirror is the eyeshadow pan. Both of the eyeshadow hav a horizontal striped design. Although the eyeshadows are mono shades, every other stripe is a satin shade. In addition, the other stripes are shimmering and sparkling.
Finally, to close the compact, simply push down on the lid until you hear a click.
The Formula For The Chantecaille India’s Vanishing Species Eye Shades
To begin with, I noticed that the eye shadows have an interesting texture. In other words, these shades have less glitter than shadows in other Chantecaille eyeshadow collections. Also, the formula for the eyeshadows is a gel to powder formula. Even more, the shadows appear velvety on the eyes. Furthermore, the shades have a multi-dimensional, 3-D effect. One reason is, the pearlescent shades capture the light that creates a multidimensional shimmer. The rich pigments are long-wearing. I had no fallout at all. You can wear the shadows very sheer by applying them with a brush. Although, when you use your fingers, the shades become more intense. Last, you can wet the shadows, and use them to line your eyes.
The Chantecaille India’s Vanishing Species Eye Shades Tiger and Leopard
First, Leopard, a cool bronze shade, has a shimmery, luminous finish. One, you can use a shadow brush for a sheer look. Or, use your fingers for high impact color.
Last, use a wet brush to use this shade as an eyeliner.
Also, Leopard is a beautiful bronze shade. You can use this bronze shade all over your eyelids, in your crease, and to line your upper and lower lash lines. A beautiful shade for a monochromatic look. One and done!
Next, Tiger, an emerald green shade, has a sparkling, shimmery finish. First, this is my favorite shade. It definitely has more sparkle than the Bronze Leopard shade. One way to apply Tiger, with a brush, will give you a sheer look. My favorite application is with your fingers for a more intense look. If you purchase both shades,
I would do a bronze eye, then wet an eyeliner brush, and dip into the emerald shade. Then draw a line across your upper lash line. So Gorgeous!
My Final Thoughts On The Chantecaille India’s Vanishing Species Eye Shades in Tiger and Leopard
First and foremost, I highly respect Chantecaille , the brand and the family. Remember, Chantecaille is a family owned brand. Therefore, the family , not a conglomerate, like most big luxury brands, make their own decisions. One, I am an animal lover, I have seven dogs, three parrots, and an iguana named Claire. And, I am begging my husband for more puppies and an alpaca or two! I love that the Chantecaille family uses their brand as a platform for creating wildlife awareness. Not only do we need to save the planet, we need to save the creatures, big and small, that share the planet with us! I love that the brand chooses an endangered animal, designs a product for that animal, and shares their profit for the benefit of these animals in need.
Now, for the collection, these two shades are gorgeous! Chantecaille never disappoints! Their Packaging is FSC Mix, which means their products are made from multiple sustainable sources that include FSC Certified forests, certified recycled materials, and/or FSC controlled wood. Now, it is imperative that we save our planet!
Last, Chantecaille’s formulas are what quality cosmetics are all about! Again, Chantecaille never disappoints us!
