Therefore, it creates a glossy-looking glistening sparkle. In other words, it looks wet on the skin. Heaven’s Dew Glimmer comes in a plastic, copper-colored compact. My first impression is the compact looks small enough to hold an eyeshadow. In other words, it looks too small to house a highlighter!
Moreover, inside the compact is a mirror, and the silvery highlighter. However, it looks like a Laura Geller baked highlighter.
Although,, when you touch the highlighter, it feels bouncy, and creamy.
