The Makeup By Mario 2 Step Transformation is the perfect look for Summer. You will need two items from Makeup By Mario’s Soft Sculpt Collection: The Soft Sculpt Transforming Skin Enhancer and the Soft Sculpt Transforming Skin Perfector. Both products are awesome, and can be used on their own. But used together, both products create the magic, the Mario 2 step transformation. Personally, with all the makeup I’ve collected over the years, I didn’t know I was missing out. Especially during the late Spring and Summer, when you want your skin to be warmer, bronzer, healthier, and to give off a natural glow. Two easy steps is all it takes for you to have flawless-looking skin!
You can find the Soft Sculpt Transforming Skin Enhancer and the Soft Sculpt Transforming Skin Perfector at Sephora, and on the Makeup By Mario Website. The Perfecting Skin Enhancer (o.18 oz./ 5g) costs $30. The Skin Perfector (8.8g/0.31 0z) costs $34.
The packaging is simple. The outer carton is black with white writing. You can recycle the outer carton. The products come in round, lightweight, white plastic compacts with snap enclosures. 
The one difference is the Skin Enhancer has a frosted lid, and the Skin Perfector has a clear plastic lid.
Step One – The Soft Sculpt Transforming Skin Enhancer
The Transforming Skin Enhancer, is creamy. It is a solid balm, a skin tint and a creamy bronzer all in one product. It warms the skin. 
Skin-caring ingredients nourish the skin. And, at the same time, the skin tint evens out the appearance of your skin tone, while giving your skin a bronze glow , an all over sunkissed look. Also you can use the Skin Perfector as a bronzer that sculpts the areas of your face that you want sculpted-the eye crease, your nose, your cheeks. Also, the formula is lightweight, and sheer, yet you can build it for more color payoff.
The cream formula allows the skin to come through because the formula is so thin. The finish is glossy and dewy,and it remains that way even after it has been applied to the skin. It is a smooth, wet, slippery and slick. It is emollient, but it is not too greasy, sticky or tacky.
Highlighted ingredients include Vitamins A, D, and E: Antioxidants, and Omega 6 Fatty Acid gives you a protective layer to keep skin nourished. The formula is cruelty free, vegan, and fragrance free.
Step Two – The Soft Sculpt Transforming Skin Perfector
Once you have applied the Creamy Balm, Step One, you are ready for Step Two. The Transforming Skin Perfector is a powder that you apply over Step One, The Skin Enhancer. The Skin Perfector is a must have product for makeup lovers, because it is a 3 in 1 product, there are three powders that ombre from the top shade, the middle shade, and the bottom shade.
The top shade is a transition shade, the center shade is a soft highlighter, and the bottom shade is a matte bronzer. You can mix all three to perfect, set, and illuminate your complexion. Mixing the three together perfectly, illuminates, and sets makeup for a radiant glow and an airbrush effect.
The formula is a blend of perfecting powders to illuminate, set and give you a radiant glow, with sheer coverage and a radiant finish.
The Shades
If you are wondering which shades to select, I was too. So, I picked two shades of the Skin Enhancer, Medium-light, and Medium.
And, as Mario suggests, choose the same shade for both the Enhancer and the Perfector.
So, I also chose the Medium Light and Medium shades of the Skin Perfector. Also, the shades do look much darker in the pan then they will look on your face.

Again, if you are going to do the 2 Step Transformation, choose the same shades that you chose for the Skin Enhancer above.

To Apply Step 1 Skin Enhancer Shades
Start from the Perimeter of the face, and with a brush blend inward. Also, you can wear the Enhancer over a primer, over foundation, or on bare skin. You can layer the Skin Enhancer to have more color payoff. Remember, the Enhancer goes on dewy, and stays glossy and dewy. It does not dry down. It lasts for about 8 hours, with a primer it should last longer. Your skin will look smooth and flawless. Mario uses the Skin Enhancer to create a monochromatic look. In this way, use it on your cheeks, eye crease, and eyelids. Although to really perfect the look, you should think about doing the second step!
To Apply Step 2 Skin Perfector Shades
There are three powders in the palette, the top is the transition shade, the center is the highlighter, and the bottom is the bronzer. Remember the job of step 2 is to use the 3 in 1 powder to perfect, illuminate and set your makeup for a radiant glow and an airbrush effect. The three powders can be broken down and used individually. You can use the bronzer powder, on the bottom of the pan, as a bronzer. The powder will still give you more of a sheer coverage,with a radiant finish. The middle shade is the highlighter, and it has tiny flecks of gold throughout, which gives you radiance, no sparkle. You can wear the middle shade to highlight the high areas of your face, your cheekbones, down the center of your nose, your brow bones, and your Cupid’s bow.
The top shade, which is really small, can be used as a transition shade, or wear it to brighten under your eyes, inner corners of your eyes, or brow bones.
Finally, to complete your “transformation”, use your brush and swirl it around to pick up all three powders, and swirl the brush all over your face to set and finish your look.
Finally, Makeup By Mario gives you a lot of options with both the Enhancer and the Perfector. There is so much that you can do with each one of these steps. 
You aren’t going to use these once, and throw them in a drawer. You will find lots of ways to use them. I am impressed and obsessed with this duo. And, the prices are great too!
