Who doesn’t want instant gratification? We all do! Who wants to feel empowered? We all do! Who loves ice cream? I’m here in the desert, waiting for Desert Trip – in Indian Wells, three nights of the festival for the ones who wrote the book on rock concerts! The Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, Paul McCartney, Neil Young, The Who and Roger Waters! It can’t get any better than that! It’s the first time I have ever been to the desert. I can honestly say it is gorgeous! But, it is really hot! So this is why I am talking about ice cream today. Because last night, we stopped for an ice cream cone and were pleasantly surprised! All of the ice cream was made to order using liquid nitrogen. It took about three minutes. It was amazing!

Yes indeed, hand-crafted, artisan ice cream just the way you want it! And what could be better than that, especially out here in the desert, waiting for a three day rock and roll experience! Heaven can’t get any better than this! Or, maybe we are in heaven?
