We all know that Bobbi Brown has perfected the “nude” look. This summer she included three gorgeous Sun- kissed eye shadow palettes in her Bobbi Brown Summer collection: Sun Kissed Pink, Sun Kissed Nude and Sun Kissed Gold. I bought two of them, Sun Kissed Eye Shadow Palette in Nude ($50) and Sun Kissed Eye Shadow Palette in Gold ($50).
All of the Palettes are Easy Beachy Nudes. Bobbi herself describes them as being “relaxed, easy and gorgeous – what is summer all about?” Isn’t it all about a gorgeous sun-kissed glow? The packaging glows beautifully as well, as the quad palettes are housed in square metallic, copper-pink compacts! The rose gold hue makes the compact look WOW, they just stunning!
Both palettes are great if you are into creating either a subtle or a sultry eye. Both palettes include a matte all-over shade, a shimmer infused shade, a sparkle infused shade and a dark matte liner shade.
The silky powder formula glides on the lids with no fallout. The four shades included in each palette complement one another, for creating the perfect summer eye. The super-fine pigments are extremely blendable. The colors stay true and are very long-wearing.
The Sun-kissed Nude Palette is reminiscent of summer beaches, including bronze nudes and soft pink.
From the left, Bone Matte, it looks almost nude on my skin, sparkle eye shadow in Rose Gold, SmokyBrown Matte Eyeliner, and the shimmer shadow is Pink Bellini.
The Sun-kissed Gold Palette has light-catching beige, bronze and gold hues.

What I love about the Sun-kissed Nude and Gold eye shadow palettes is……everything. These colors are gorgeous. They are silky, easy to apply, long-wearing and blendable, and most of all I love the shimmer and sparkle shadows that are included with the matte shadow and matte liner in both palettes. This is what I call the ultimate beachy summer eye! Love it! Do you?
