To begin with, Dior’s summer collection, the Dior Summer Games 2020, is all about bright, bold “stadium”shades, sun-kissed shades and indigo-blues . Moreover, I’m guessing the Summer Games 2020 Collection was a nod to this year’s summer Olympics. For example, the two Color Games iconic 5 Color Eye Shadow Palettes are named Dive and Sprint. These are two Olympic sports played during the summer games. In fact, these Summer Olympics should be happening sometime next month. Unfortunately, the only Summer Games we’ll be seeing is the Dior Summer Games 2020 Collection. And, we can all thank the Coronavirus for that!
Furthermore, the Summer Games 2020 Collection has it all, from eyeshadows, blush, bronzer, nail polish to face powders and foundation. There are two 5 Color Variations Eyeshadow Palettes in the collection. I purchased one of them. Also, there are two new Dior Show Color and Contour Duos, in Solar shades. Finally, I purchased a limited edition Dior Forever Summer Skin Tint.

Additionally, the Iconic Color Games 5 Color Eye Shadow Palette costs $63. In addition, The Dior Show Color and Contour Duo costs $34. And, The Dior Forever Summer Skin Tint Foundation costs $52.
The Packaging For The Dior Summer Games 2020 Collection
One thing is, Dior made there packaging easy to travel with. Nothing is too large. The compact is thin, and comes with application tools and a mirror. The Color and Contour Duos are pens, that have lids. So, nothing leaks in your bag. And, the Forever Summer Skin Tint comes in a plastic bottle. All you need is your fingers to apply to your face.
Dior Color Games Iconic 5 Color Eye Shadow Palette
To begin with, the Iconic 5 Color Eyeshadows come in a pretty compact. First, it is sleek and slim. Inside, it has a mirror on one side. On the other side of the mirror are the 5 eyeshadow shades. 
Embossed on the eyeshadows are the intertwined letters that spell out Dior. Good to know, this letter design is a new design for Dior. Also, the shadows have raised lines that are supposed to look like playing fields.
Finally, Dior includes two small double-ended applicators. Three ends are sponge applicators. One end is a brush.
Dior Show Color and Contour Duos
Next, the Dior Show Color and Contour Duos come in a double-ended pen. Each end has a lid. One side of the pen is a bold, pigmented eyeliner. On the other side is a creamy eyeshadow sticks.
Dior Forever Summer Skin Tint Foundation
Last, the packaging for Dior Forever Summer Skin Tint Foundation is a plastic bottle. Also, the bottle has, on top, a plastic tip built into it. The formula comes out of the tip. No pumps needed. All you need are your fingers to squeeze the bottle, so the drops of foundation come out.
The Dior Color Games Summer 2020 Collection Formulas
The Formula for the Color Games Iconic 5 Color Eye Shadow Palette
To begin with, the 5 Color Eye Shadow Palette eyeshadows are powders. Also, the powders are in a variety of textures. Therefore, you can style your eye by layering the shades, and textures. Even more, the colors are true to the colors you see in the pan. The pigments, compacted into powders, use binders to create the creamy feeling you feel on your fingertips, and on your eyelids. Finally, the formula is long-wearing. Even more, the shadow colors fufse into a fine film on your eyelids.
Dior Show Color and Contour Duos Formulas
One side is an eyeliner. Therefore, it is boldly pigmented. Also, it goes on creamy. It is long-lasting. The other side is a thicker stick. Also, it is a creamy eyeshadow stick. Even more, it glides all over your eyelids. Also you can use the color as a block of color.
Dior Forever Summer Skin Tint Foundation Formula
First, the formula includes 60% water. Water is used as a solvent for ingredients that won’t dissolve in oils. Also, the formula is free of alcohol. A call out ingredient, Tocopherol, is vitamin E. It gives your skin photoprotection against UVB rays. Then, Glycerin, a skin identical ingredient, is included in the formula,. More emollients give skin a rich, cushiony feel.
In addition, the lightweight formula gives you a weightless, healthy glow. And, the glow you get is natural, and shine free. Wild Pansy Extract moisturizes your skin for 24 hours. Above all, your complexion will stay even, even in the heat and humidity of the summer. Last, the formula has a fresh sensation on your face.
Dior Summer Games 2020 Collection Shades
Color Games Iconic 5 Color Eye Shadow Palettes
There are two colorways in the Summer Games 2020 Collection. They are 287 Dive, cool blue shades that are enhanced with peach and plums.
Then, I purchased 897 Sprint, brown, orangey hues with a bright pink swatch in the center.
Two New Dior Show Color and Contour Duos
First, I purchased both of the Color and Contour Duos. 001 Gold/Blue, a subtle gold eyeshadow, and a deep blue liner.
Next, 002, Brown/Peach, a brown eyeshadow with bronze shimmer, and an orangey eye liner. 
First, use the creamy eyeshadow stick side all over your eyelids. Or you can use it as a touch of light. Also, you can use the creamy shadow as a block of color eyeshadow. Then, use the liner to line your lower lash lines.
Also, I like to use it in my crease, and shear it out. Also, use it on the outer corners of your eyes.
Dior Forever Summer Skin Tint Foundation
The Dior Forever Summer Skin Tint Foundation comes in four shades. For the lightest of the light complexions is Fair Light. Next, Light is for those of you who have light skin, but tan easily. Then, medium is for medium and medium tan complexions. Finally medium deep is for those of you with deeper skin tones. If you are in between two, go for the one you like.
All of the shades are lightweight, which means, they are very forgiving.
My Final Thoughts on the Dior Summer Games 2020 Collection…..
To begin with, when I saw this collection, it was love at first sight. Then, I had a hard time finding the pieces that I wanted. I was even willing to send to Selfridges in London for a piece. Still haven’t been able to get one of the new blushes! Although, I did put my name on a waitlist. Even more, I loved both Dive and Sprint. Although, I felt I would get more wear from the browns and oranges – the solar shades!
Next, the two Color and Contour Duos were no brainers. I had to have them both. Easy, breazy to use. Fast and quick. And, transportable! What more can you want?
Last, I was determined to get the Forever Summer Skin Tint and Foundation. I looked at lots of stores, and finally was able to get my shade on the USA Dior Website. None of the department stores, here in the US, were any hel
