New for the Summer Season, from By Terry, is the new Brightening CC Liquid Blush . It is a tinted liquid blush. You need this if your skin is lackluster and needs hydration. The Brightening CC Blush is your radiance booster, that will also hydrate your lacklustre skin. The result is your skin will have a subtle, healthy-looking, blushing glow that lasts all day. It comes in two shades; Rosy Flash and Sunny Glow.
You can find the By Terry Brightening CC Liquid Blush on the By Terry Website. Each LIquid Blush (0.24 oz. / 7g) costs $38.
What makes this stand apart from other liquid blushes, is the packaging. The formula comes packaged in the form of a click pen. 
Also, the pen has an integrated blending brush for application. 
The click pen comes in a metallic pink outer box. 
The box displays the FSC Mix Label: These products are a mixture of FSC virgin fiber and/or recycled materials with Controlled virgin fiber. The recycling symbol in the top left corner indicates the amount of pre- and post-consumer recycled fiber. 
To dispense the formula, click the bottom of the pen. The formula comes out drop by drop. This is a good thing, it is easy to dispense, and drop for drop, you can control how much product you need. 
The brush is synthetic. Also, it is larger than you would expect. However, when you click the pen, the drop actually goes onto your hand. So it is easy to apply. The actual pen is plastic. I can not find any information as to whether or not it is made with recycled, or recyclable plastic.
The formula is not vegan, nor is it cruelty free. Even if they don’t test on animals themselves -“By Terry claims they don’t test on animals, however, they have decided to sell in China where animal testing is mandatory and required by law for most imported cosmetics. Because of By Terry’s decision to sell in mainland China stores, they must consent and pay to have their products tested on animals. That’s why most cosmetics brands selling in mainland China cannot be considered cruelty-free in 2022″.
‘Enriched with white rose stem cells which eliminate toxins and neutralize free radicals, the liquid blush hydrates and boosts radiance leaving the skin with an even and healthy glow. Innovative optical glow technology boasts light reflecting prisms and colour correcting pigments.’ Skin looks even, feels hydrated, and the formula blurs imperfections. The liquid formula blends easily. Also, the color is subtle, so if you want more intense color, layer the blush until you get the results you want. I loved that the formula didn’t feel sticky, or oily. Even more, The formula is long-lasting, for about 8 hours. One last thing, the formula has a scent, which lasts for a while, until the formula dries down. It is a rose scent, which I didn’t mind at all.
The Shades
The two shades are Rosy Flash and Sunny Glow.
Rosy Flash
Rosy Flash, a rose gold shade, has a glowing finish. This shade livens up your cheeks as if your cheeks were pinched.
Sunny Glow
Sunny Glow, a warm copper shade, gives your skin a bronzed finish.
Finally, I usually have a difficult time with liquid blush. The By Terry Brightening CC LIquid Blush was easy to use. I love that you can use your fingers to blend the product, or apply it with the brush. Also, I love how travel-worthy perfect the pens are, they make application easy when you are on the go. The Sunny Glow is perfect for a more suntanned look, which I can’t wait to wear this summer. The rosy flash is perfect to wear all four seasons.
