MAC x Chris Chang Collection – Modern With A Dramatic Flair

I had to try some of the products from the beautifully outlandish fashion designer, Chris Chang in collaboration with Mac Cosmetics. Just look at the artistry that went into the packaging of this collection and you’ll understand why anyone who loves makeup would be drawn in by it!!!!!!

China’s most outlandish fashion designer, Chris Chang, puts an acid-soaked twist on her modern collection, featuring a wide kaleidoscope of cutting edge color, inspired by the ancient art form Kungu. Surreal hues of lipstick, Cream Color Base, and Eye Shadow, and specially designed packaging are saturated in her signature dramatic flair.

The art on the packaging has an ancient Chinese feeling that is saturated in vibrant color, making it quite modern, and exotic. The feeling you will experience is that it something that is quite foreign to us, and a bit strange and exciting. The drawings on the boxes are exquisite and they are continued inside of the box, so the entire box, inside and out is covered with artwork! How unusual and “out of the box” is that! In my opinion, it is well thought out and extremely well executed.

What I love about MAC x Chris Chang Collaboration is …….it is a fun, vibrant collection. Some of the colors are a bit Kooky, like a Tiffany Box Colored lipstick, a Yellow lipstick, and a Purple-Lavender lipstick, to name a few! I love the pink and orange color-toned lipsticks and blush that I chose for myself for summer- wear! I love that this collection is a bit daring, acid colors and the most beautiful packaging I have seen in a long time! Well, Hello Summer!
