Guerlain Terracotta Highlighter Stick Packaging
The Highlighter Stick comes in a gorgeous gold tube. The caps fits snuggly. Also, the cap pulls off, and you push it back on the stick. I consider the packaging to be luxurious. The tube has Guerlain written on one side, and Terracotta written on the other side. Then, the cap has the Guerlain insignia. You twist the cream highlighter up to swipe it on your face. Before you put the cap back on, twist the cream highlighter down.
One thing I love about the highlighter’s tube is it is really easy to travel with. Throw the stick in your bag, so you can use it anywhere. You don’t even need a mirror. You only need to swipe the stick once. In this way, you will get your sheen.
Another thing I love about the packaging is it is recyclable.
Guerlain Terracotta Highlighter Stick Formula
First, the highlighter feels soft to the touch. In addition, the formula is creamy. However, it is not emollient. It is more like the texture of stick foundation, or concealer. However, it does blend beautifully and effortlessly.I love that you can wear it two ways. First, you can wear it when you want the no makeup, makeup look. On the other hand, you can amp it up when you are wearing a lot of makeup. It looks great both ways. The sheen it leaves on your skin is gorgeous. For one thing, it doesn’t amplify textures, like large pores, or dry spots.
Furthermore, you can build it to make your highlight more intense. Or, you can blend it out to make it sheer. Either way, your skin will look dewy, radiant, with a lit from within look. Moreover, the formula doesn’t have glitter. So, you won’t look sparkly, or shiny! Instead, your skin will look dewy and healthy.
In addition, the formula hydrates your skin with jojoba extracts. Also important, the formula is humidity resistant. And, it works well when the temperature fluctuates. Soft focus pigments and pearlescent particles illuminate your skin. It is a long-lasting formula. Also, you can apply the highlighter stick over your foundation and powders.
Finally, it does have a scent. Therefore, if you do not like fragrance in your makeup, this is not for you. Although, the scent goes away after a while. Also, the scent is the same scent in many of the Terracotta products.
Guerlain Terracotta Highlighter Stick Shades
The Terracotta Highlighter Stick comes in four shades. I purchased the bronze shade. Also, there is a nude shade, which is a peachy, gold color. And, there is a gold shade. Finally, there is a Universal shade that is more of a blush.
However, the Nude, Gold and Bronze shades should be worn on the high points of your face. First, wear it on your upper cheekbones. Then, put it down the center of your nose.
Also, wear it on your Cupid’s bow. Last, wear it on your brow bones.

There are so many highlighters, and highlighter formulas on the market. As a result, it takes a lot to impress me. I love everything about this highlighter stick.
It feels soft, not tacky on my skin. The finish lasts a long time because it does not remain wet on your skin. Instead, after a time, the finish sets down. In this way, the stick doesn’t feel like a cream on your skin. Another thing I love is when the light hits your face, light bounces off of the sheen!
