Bite Beauty has switched gears. First of all, this Canadian Brand, is well-known for their amazing Lipsticks. All of a sudden, Bite has made their own setting powder. Also, they created a new primer. Above all, Bite Beauty has come out with their very first foundation. Are you as surprised as I am? Why would Bite go from lipstick to foundation? For one thing, the Supercharged Micellar Bite Beauty Changemaker Foundation is a Clean Product. In other words, it doesn’t use ingredients that you wouldn’t want in your products. Even more, it is a high performance foundation.

The Bite Beauty Changemaker Foundation Packaging
I am loving that more and more foundations are coming packaged in a tube. To name a few, The New Estee Lauder Futurist Hydra Rescue, and Fenty’s Pro Filter Foundation also come in a tube. Now, the Bite Beauty Changemaker Foundation also comes in a 1 oz. tube. To begin with, I am a fan of the tube packaging. For one thing, foundation in a tube is easy to travel with. For example, you can carry a tube in your handbag, or your suitcase. And, you don’t have to worry that it will break. Also, tubes are not heavy. Some foundation bottles, made out of glass, are heavy.
Finally, you don’t have to worry that the foundation , if it is too watery, will fly out all over. I’ve found that foundations in a tube are more lotion than liquid.
The Bite Beauty Changemaker Foundation Formula
Two Shout Outs
There are two formula shoutouts. First, the formula includes an anti-oxidant rich superfood called Maqui Berry. Moreover, Maquei Berry comes from Patagonia, which has one of the purest environments on earth. Also, the berry helps to nourish your skin.
On the other hand, the formula includes Micellar Technology. Micellar technology , according to Bite Beauty gives the skin-like, natural, flawless finish. Now, this is the problem for me. First of all, micellar technology has to do with surfactants (cleaning agents) called micelles. Also, they are mixed in water. In this way, they act like magnets. They get rid of the dirt and makeup on your face. Also, there are shampoos that use Micellar technology, to attract the dirt in your hair, and get rid of it. What does that have to do with foundation? I’d love to know! Even more, how are the ingredients supercharged? Micelles attract dirt!
More About The Formula
Let’s start with the fact that the formula is vegan and cruelty free. Also, it has the consistency of a lotion. Even more, it feels light weight. In other words, it feels smooth, not slippery like silicone. Finally, if you love a light to medium finish, then this is perfect for your. Although, one layer is very light. However, two layers bring it closer to a medium consistency.
Moreover, it doesn’t give your skin a glow. Instead, it makes your skin look natural. Therefore, it looks like your skin, but better. Also, it doesn’t feel like you are wearing anything at all. Another point, is it is very long lasting.Last, it has an o.k. scent. It smells like it is clean.
Bite Beauty Changemaker Foundation Last But Not Least
Finally, I really do love the way the Changemaker Foundation looks on my skin. I love that it has a natural skin finish. The reason for this is, for everyday use, skin should look like skin. This is not a full-coverage foundation. But it is buildable. Even more, it is long lasting. And it doesn’t get cakey. In other words, it doesn’t settle in fine lines and wrinkles.
I used my Victoria Beckham primer , then I applied the foundation. You can apply it with a foundation brush, which is how I like to apply my foundation. Also, you can use your fingers, which will probably give you more coverage.
