First we all wanted the brows that Kate Moss had that were sparse and wispy. We all wanted that Kate Moss brow. That was until Cara Delevigne came along , and brought with her a new look, a newer, fuller than ever, eyebrow. Now we all want the Cara Delevigne eyebrow. So, instead of plucking the hairs away, we need to fill in what we have, and and create what we don’t have… a shaped, thicker and more dense brow.
First, you must think about the shape of your face.
Do you want slim, soft arch or thick eyebrows? Do you want an eyebrow with a high arch, or is straight brow better for you. Remember that thicker brows add more impact to your face. Thinner brows give your face a delicate look. Curved brows soften your face. Flat brows give your face more drama.
First you must locate the head of the brow, and the tail of the brow. The brow head is the part of the brow that is closest to the nose. The Tail of the brow is the end that is farthest away from the nose.
Map out your eyebrows to find out exactly where they should begin and end.
#1 -To find the head, hold a tweezer, or pencil , from the outermost part of your nostril, straight up to the eyebrow. The place where the tweezer hits is the innermost part of the eyebrow.
#3 – Then, hold the tweezer diagonally fro the outermost part of the nostril to the outermost part of the eye. The place where the tweezer extends past your eye is the tail.
#2 – The Arch of your brow should rise just above the outer rim of your iris, and lad right on your brow bone.
A – Head
B – Arch
C – Tail
D – Thickness of the brow – Start just below the fullest part of the brow and draw a line along the bottom edge, following the natural shape of the brow’s top line (it should be 1/4 -1/2 inch at the thickest part.

You Need to Get The Right Tools.
There are times where you might have to improvise!
If you need to purchase anything, I suggest you get a good, small slanted brush, and a spoolie. Sometimes the spoolie is on the other side of an eye liner pencil.
Choose a fill-in color/ It should be 1 shade lighter than your natural brow color if you want a look that is soft.
If you really want to make a statement, match your brows to your hair color.
Fill in your brows with a pencil or with brow powder and a slanted brush.
If you are having trouble , or your not too sure about your artistic skills, USE A STENCIL.
Pick a stencil that fits best over your natural shape. Place it over your brow. Make sure the line at the top is parallel to it’s bottom. Now apply brow wax inside the stencil to ensure the brow powder sticks on the brow. Using a small angled brush, dab the brush with brow powder. Fill in the space of the stencil. Try using small strokes to get a natural look. After you filled the brows in the stencil with powder, start blending with a spoolie to remove loose powder and stray strokes. Then use a Q Tip to fill in any gaps.
If your brows are too sparse : use powder to create the shape, then using a very thin pencil, use whispy, light, feathery strokes to create the illusion of real hairs. To soften any hard lines, use a spoolie brush to brush out the pigment. Continue to layer, and brush until you’ve reached the shade you want. Use a transparent gel to set and hold the brows in place. Colored brow gels get too messy!
More Tips And Tricks:

Use a light highlighting shade on the brow bone to lift the brow.
Instead of using brow powder , try using an eyeshadow with an angled brush.
Pluck any stray , leftover hairs
Spray hairspray at the end of the spoolie brush and use it to set eyebrows
If the eyebrow is too dark, use a a lighter brow gel or powder over the dark shade on the brow. Then soften with a spoolie.
Wet the slanted brush for a bolder, stronger look when you are using powder.
Get a refined, natural look with brow gel.
Brush brow hairs up with brow gel, and brush tail hairs down.
With the right tools (a slanted brush, eyebrow powder (or eye shadow) and a spoolie and an eyebrow pencil, a steady hand, and some practice, your brows will look gorgeous in no time!
