The Marc Jacobs Extra Shot Caffeine Concealer Foundation works as a concealer. For example, it does a great job covering blemishes, redness, and dark under eye circles. Even more, Extra Shot Caffeine works as a full coverage foundation. Additionally, it is a natural looking foundation that makes your skin look young and healthy. Also, your skin will look smooth and even-toned. In addition, it brightens , re-energises and renews your skin with an extra shot of caffeine.
Finally, the Concealer Foundation worked overtime tonight. First, I had a blemish on my chin that looked like a flashlight. As a result, I needed the Extra Shot Caffeine Concealer to do double duty. The end result was, it did an amazing job covering the blemish on my chin. Then, I used it on the dark circles under my eyes. Last, I used a foundation brush, and applied it over my entire face. My skin looked brighter and smoother. I’m impressed with the new Marc Jacobs Concealer Foundation! It works!

The Packaging For The Marc Jacobs Extra Shot Caffeine Concealer Foundation
First, the outside package looks like coffee and swirls of cream, that would be inside a coffee cup. The reason is, this Extra Shot Caffeine Concealer Foundation is part of Marc Jacobs Spring/Summer Cafe Collection. Also, some other products I’ve tried from the Marc Jacobs Cafe Collection for Spring/Summer 2021 that you can read about here. Second, product comes in a frosted glass bottle. For one thing, it reminds me of a fat version of a concealer tube. More, the bottle has a gold lid.
However, once your unscrew the lid, the lid turns into the handle of a flocked, doe-foot applicator. Also, the doe-foot is larger than a normal concealer applicator since this applicator also applies the product as a foundation.
Finally, the doe foot is slanted, and comes to a point on top. In this way, it can get into the nooks and crannies of your undereyes, as well as around your nose. 
In other words, it works to apply foundation , and can get into hard to reach places to conceal dark spots, blemishes, and redness around your nose!
Also, the bottle is more a concealer bottle than a foundation bottle. The reason is, it is simple, tall, and thinner than some foundation bottles out there today. Therefore, the bottle makes this a travel-worthy product for two reasons. One, the bottle will fit into your handbag, a small makeup bag, and even in your jacket pocket. 
Two, the products does double duty, as a two products in one bottle product. Hence, this is the type of product you would want to travel with since it performs two very important tasks – it is a concealer, and it is a foundation.
The Formula For The Marc Jacobs Extra Shot Caffeine Concealer Foundation
To begin with, the Extra Shot Formula is a light-weight liquid. Also, this long-wearing formula gives you full coverage. In addition, the hydrating formula blends seamlessly. As a result, it is crease – resistant, and will give you a flawless finish.
Three call-out ingredients are Caffeine, Oat Extract and Five Different Forms Of Coconut. One, the formula includes caffeine that works to visibly re -energise and renew your skin. Two, the formula includes Oat Extract to calm and soothe your skin. Last, the formula includes five forms of coconut that hydrate and nourish the skin with many vitamins and nutrients.
Last, the formula is free of parabens, formaldehydes, formaldehyde-releasing agents, phthalates, retinyl palmitate, oxybenzone, coal tar, hydroquinone, sulfates SLS & SLES, triclocarban, and triclosan. It is also vegan and cruelty-free.
The Marc Jacobs Extra Shot Caffeine Concealer Foundation Shades
Thirty shades come in colors ranging from very fair to fair, to light, light medium, medium, medium tan, and deep. Furthermore, the undertones of the shades range from neutral, cool, warm neutral, and peach, to warm, olive, warm peach and red. 
The shade I purchases, medium 230, is a medium shade with warm undertones.
Although I have been been wearing it, like I did tonight, I am thinking I could and should go up a shade to medium 240 which has warm neutral tones.
Unfortunately, I haven’t been to a store to sample makeup since Covid 19 started last year. So, I took a guess. Actually, I think that you could probably go up a shade, too.
My Final Thoughts On The Marc Jacobs Extra Shot Caffeine Concealer Foundation……
First, I was really happy with the concealer part of the product. Again, I have a dreadful blemish in the middle of my trim. Also, I helped make it worse by fooling around with it. Therefore, the concealer was amazing. Not only did it cover the beet red blemish, it lasted all night. Unfortunately, I picked a shade that was a little too warm for my neutral undertones. Next time, I will go up a shade, to a warm-neutral undertone. Finally, I have very dry skin. As a result, I recommend using a good moisturizing primer, or a good moisturizer underneath the foundation. I used the Victoria Beckham Primer, which is very moisturizing!
