One of the new makeup trends for 2019 is the Monochronmatic look. First, The Monochromatic Makeup Look is a minimal approach to makeup. Specifically, all you need to do is coordinate your face, lip and eye makeup. In addition, the only rule for a monochromatic look is that you must apply a single color, or colors, in the same shade range, to your eyes, lips and cheeks. The New Lancome Le Monochromatique, a unique cream to powder tint, makes it easy for us to create trendy Monochromatic Looks. As a result, anyone can do it! In other words, even if you don’t know how to apply makeup, you can do it!
You can find Lancome Le Monochromatique at Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Sephora and on the Website. Furthermore, Le Monochromatique retails for $25.
Lancome Le Monochromatique Packaging
The packaging is basic and compact. One, the click and release compact is a modern, black lacquer square. In addition, it has a clear plastic lid.
I love that the clear plastic lid allows you can see the color and the Lancome rose stamp inside the compact. Therefore if you have more than one Le Monochromatique, you can see which color you want to choose without having to open each compact! Also, the size of the compact is about the size of an eye shadow single. Therefore, because the product is for your eyes, cheeks and lips, you’ll want to take it with you. Although, it doesn’t come with an applicator brush or sponge. However, you can use your finger tips to apply the color to your face.
Lancome Le Monochromatique Formula
To begin with, the multitasking three in one formula shade appears deeper in the pan than it does when you apply it to your face. Actually, in person the color appears to be more subtle. Although, you can easily build the color and make it more vibrant.
In addition, the makeup has a cushiony, soft texture.
Also, the formula is a cream that turns into a powder. Additionally, the cream feels like a whipped mousse. Once it turns to a powdery finish, it becomes super smooth. And, the pigmented formula is buttery and smooth. Furthermore, the cream to powder formula easily glides on your skin. Furthermore, the color blends seamlessly. There was no fading. Also, the product lasted a long time.
Finally, the ingredient included Vitamin E, which helps to soften your skin. Otherwise, the product is oil free and fragrance free.

Lancome Monochromatique Last But Not Least……
Remember, the one rule for a monochromatic look is that you must apply either a single color, or colors that are in your same shade range to your eyes, lips and cheeks. One color product does it all! Its that simple! Easy Peasy! Therefore, even if you are a beginner, you can do it!
Furthermore, your actual makeup application is effortless, just as the look you are creating is effortless. First, you can use your fingers to swipe the cushiony, soft texture of Le Monochromatique, and glide it on your eyes, lips and cheeks. Second, you can use your favorite brushes to apply Le Monochromatique.
Finally, even though you are using the same shade, or the same shade range, for your monochromatic look, you can mix and match textures.
For example, you can apply the cream to powder on your lips, then add a lipgloss to create a glossy lip look.
Also, you can experiment with the intensity of the shades. First, you could use lighter to darker versions of the same color. However, you can use Le Monochromatique either wet or dry. When you use it wet, you can make your shade more intense. Therefore, you can use Le Monochromatique dry on your cheeks, and lips, and use it wet on your eyes. Or , you can line your eyes with it wet, and use it dry to shadow your lids.
