I love blush! The reason is, a good blush can change, and even elevate, your whole look. Even more, cream blush is super easy to apply. Also, cream blush gives you a real flush of color. The newest Jouer launch, the Jouer Blush & Bloom Cheek & Lip Duo, is different from other cream blushes. The reason is, lots of cream blushes give you a glowy look.
In fact,a lot these blushes have an ingredient, that feels tacky, which gives you a glowy look. First, the tacky ingredient makes the blush feel yucky! Second, my hair blows around and gets stuck in the tacky blush. Then, my hair sticks to my face. As a result, I get streaky hair marks on my cheeks. So icky!
On the other hand, because of this tacky problem, other cream blushes tend to be too dry and too stiff. For one thing, the fact that the blush is dry helps with the hair problem. However, who wants a cream blush that is too dry to apply! As a result, my application can be very blotchy!
The Jouer Blush & Bloom Cheek & Lip Duo is a hero product. First, it is a multi-use stick. In other words, you can use it on your cheeks, and on your lips! Also, the blush comes in a dual-ended stick. That means, there is a different shade, in the same color family, on either side.

The Jouer Blush & Bloom Cheek & Lip Duo Packaging
The Blush & Bloom Duo comes in a dual – ended stick applicator. I love stick applicators. One reason is, they are so easy to use! All you need to do is dab one side on your cheeks. Then, using your fingers, or a flat kabuki brush, blend the color into your cheek. Or you can swipe it on your lips, as you would your lipstick. On each end, you simply pull off the lid. 
Inside, is a plastic cap. Try not to lose the cap. 
The reason for the cap is to keep the cream formula from drying out! Also, if you need to get more product, simply twist the applicator up.
Finally, the new Blush & Bloom Duo is just that, a duo. So, each side has a seperate shade. Although, both shades are in the same color family. 
For example, one is warmer, the other is cooler. Or, one shade could be a deeper version of the other color.
One last thing, the applicator is perfect for travel. And, it is easy to throw into your handbag! The best part, is the fact that , this dual -ended applicator is both a lipstick and a blush.
The Formula For The Jouer Blush & Bloom Cheek & Lip Duo
Again, other cream blushes are either too tacky, too dry, or too stiff. Jouer’s new blush is different. First of all, it is a creamy blush. In fact, it is so creamy, it feels very comfortable on your lips. Also, it has rich pigments that give you beautiful color. And, it blends effortlessly. The formula has ingredients that are highly moisturizing. In addition, the blush melds into your skin. It gives you seamless coverage.
All of the ingredients are plant-derived. The formula includes Squalane Oil to keep your skin hydrated and moisturized. Also, Rosehip OIl has essential fatty acids to even out your skin. Also, it brightens your skin. Then, Shea Butter, a protective seal, nourishes the skin, moisturizes the skin, and maintains the suppleness of the skin. Additionally, Vitamin E. provides antioxidant benefits. And, E acts as a skin conditioner. Last, Jojoba Seed Oil soothes and softens the skin.

First, the Blush & Bloom Duo Comes in Three Colorways. I purchased one of the colorways to try the new launch. The one I purchased is the Celebrate duo. The other two are Uplift and Inspire.
The Uplift Duo
First, Uplift Me, a soft peach shade, has a natural velvety finish. Next, Amuse Me, a soft pink shade, has a natural velvety finish.
The Inspire Duo
First, Inspire Me, a vibrant coral shade, has a natural velvety finish. Then, Empower Me, a bright poppy shade, has a natural velvety finish. This Duo is the one I’d get if I got another one. I love the vibrancy of the coral and poppy shades.
The Celebrate Duo
Initially, I chose the Celebrate Duo because the shades were more a fall look. Also, these two shades look good with my nude, everyday looks.
First, Celebrate me, a warm rose shade, has a velvety natural finish. 
Next, Promise Me, a cool rose shade, has a natural, velvety finish.
My Final Thoughts On The Jouer Blush & Bloom Cheek & Lip Duo………
First, I love that this is a multi-use product. You can wear it on your cheeks, and on your lips. Also, you get two colors in one applicator! Above all, I think the formula is superb. I love that it is not tacky, and sticky! Also, it lasts all day! It blends out so smoothly.
And, the finish is almost dewy! Finally, I love the shades in the Celebrate Duo, and the Inspire Duo. I have medium toned neutral skin, and I think Uplift would be too light for me.
