This year’s Luxury Beauty Brand Cle de Peau’s Holiday Collection is called “Toward The Horizon.” The collection includes one new eyeshadow quad, in a the brand new formula. Also included in the collection are two Highlighters, and two lipsticks. What makes the collection special is the outstanding packaging, it’s gorgeous! Also exciting, all the CDP eyeshadows have been reformulated. And, one of the shades in every quad is a very special primer.
You can find the Cle De Peau Toward The Horizon Holiday Collection at Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, and on the Cle De Peau Website. The Toward The Horizon Collection’s Vision of Radiance Eyeshadow Quad (6 g / .35 oz) costs $110. The Dawn of Destiny Radiant Aurora Highlighter (10g /.21 oz) $105. The Fearless In Coral Matte Lipstick, and (4g / .14 oz) costs$65. The Cle De Peau Brand is expensive. However, some of the brand’s makeup is refillable. You can buy the refills those makeup products. For example, you can purchase the regular eyeshadow quad case for $35. The case includes the applicators. The quad refills cost $75.
The Holiday Packaging was created by Artist Katie Rodgers. Katie Rodgers is described by the brand :

The Lipsticks : Radiant In Pink (524) and Fearless In Coral (525)
There are two lipsticks in the Holiday Collection, Radiant In Pink has a satin finish, and the one I purchased, Fearless In Coral, a matte lipstick. Both formulas are similar. 
Both are limited editions, feel great on the lips, have hybrid formulas-infused with skincare, and a smooth, creamy texture.
The Highlighter : The Dawn of Destiny Radiant Aurora (106)
The inspiration for The Dawn Of Destiny Radiant Aurora Highlighter came from the brilliance of a precious opal.
There are multiple shades that create the ethereal luminosity of this highlighting powder: green, pink, white and lavender.
The Eye Color Quad : Visions Of Radiance (501)
First, all of the eyeshadow quads have a new formula! Part of what is new is in each quad, one of the shades is a primer. The primer shade is located on the bottom left of the Quad. The primer is a skincare-infused primer. The other three shades are the finely milled shadows that create a smooth, long-lasting finish with skincare benefits.

The star of the palette is the primer shade. The primer feels creamier and more emollient than the other three shades because it has a totally different formula than the eyeshadows. You are supposed to apply the primer, as a base, all over your eyes! Do this as your first step This helps the shadows adhere to the eyes. It also helps the shadows stay on a lot longer. Also, the primer locks moisture in for approximately 8 hours. The shadows should last at least 8 hours, and as long as 12 hours. Also, the primer can be used as a highlighter.
When you open the quad, there is a mirror underneath the lid. On the other side of the palette are the 3 eyeshadow shades and the primer. Also the three color shades have a lavender and gold spray that goes away the first time. you use it, so if you love the spray, take a picture of it. The primer shade is embossed.
The Shades
Top Left is an orange-coral shade. It is the lightest shade in the palette. Wear this shade all over the eyelid after you have used the palette’s primer.
Top Right is a soft pink shade, that also can be worn all over the eyelids and in the crease. This shade can be considered the medium shade.
Bottom Left is the primer. You always put the primer on first, before you put anything else on. This will keep your eyes hydrated/moisturized. 
The Primer is softer than the three shades because it has a totally different formula, which makes it much creamier than the color shades. You can use the primer as a highlighter, on the inner corners of your eyes, and on the brow bone.
Bottom right is the deepest shade in the palette. It is a copper shade that can be worn to line your eyes, or wear it in the outer V of your eyes, and in your crease.
Finally, Aside from the beautiful limited edition packaging, the formulas, the textures of the creamy shadows, the new primer in every eyeshadow quad, the foolproof colorways in all the CDP collection eyeshadows, and the fact that the brand is environmentally conscious, as the eyeshadow palette case is refillable are some of the reasons that I am loving this brand. There are a lot of neutral palettes in the collection, and all of the shadows are classic, elegant colors. The shadows are user friendly. I recognize that the brand’s prices are outrageously expensive. They are more expensive than Tom Ford and Chanel! Is it worth the price? If something works well, and leans towards being more a classic, not a fad, it is worth it! For an outrageous gift to give over the holidays, and you want to splurge, I would try the eyeshadow, or the highlighter, even the beautiful lipsticks are gift-worthy.
