There are four New Chanel Les 4 Ombres Byzance Multi-Effect Eyeshadow Palettes in this Limited Edition Fall 2023 Release. The inspiration for these Limited Edition Quads comes from Gabrielle Chanel’s jewelry. The four color harmonies in each palette, are reminders of Mademoiselle’s sparkling gemstone jewelry collections. The interior of the palette is hammered gold, recollecting her gold cuff bracelets.
You can find the Limited Edition Byzance Multi Effect Eyeshadow Palettes on the Chanel Website. Each Byzance Palette,( 0.07g) costs $70.The four palettes are 308 Parure Imperiale; 318 Parure Vénitienne; 328 Parure Crystal; and Parure Baroque.
Each Palette in the collection consists of 2 medium tones, that can be used to color and contour; one deep hue that can be used to intensify, and add definition; and one light shade to use as a highlighter.
I purchased 318 Parure Venitienne. I chose this particular palette because it has warm shades, and is is a neutral palette. However, what sets this palette apart from the other three palettes is the highlighter shade. It is so unique. 
In fact, Chanel describes this shade as a moonstone. Actually, the shade is white with a sea green shimmering shift that is absolutely gorgeous. I fell in love with this highlighter when I saw it in person. I was in New York at the duty free store, on my way to Dubai! I had to have it. Of course my husband wanted to board our flight, but I wasn’t leaving until I bought it! I’m sure you can relate! And, that shade really is gorgeous all over the eyelid, as a pop of color on the eyelid, and you can wet your brush and even get more impact from the shade.
The rest of the palette is beautiful as well. If you like a soft look, the other three colors are perfect for you. 
The coral shade is beautiful all over the eyelid. It has a satin finish, and creates a satin wash of color. It is an easy shade to wear, and it could be your one and done shade. Then, the beige gold ahde has a shimmer finish, and you could wear it on the inner corner of you eye, on the inner part of your eyelid, and on the lower lash line.
Finally, the deepest shade in the palette is an amber brown that will add depth in the crease of your eyes. You could also wear this shade to line your lower lash lines.
To sum it up, the Venitienne Palette is neutral, user friendly, and accessible. The shadows blend beautifully. The shadows are made using mineral pigments and plant oils. As a result, the shadows are soft, easy to pick up with a brush, without kickback. Of course, the star of the Venitienne Palette is the stunning highlighter shade, as it creates an iridescent, pretty pop of shimmer. a white iridescent shade with a shift of sea-green. Just beautiful, and still really wearable!
