Lisa Eldridge Liquid Lurex Eyeshadow

Eye ShadowsEyesMakeup

It was difficult for me to choose the shades of the Lisa Eldridge Liquid Lurex Eyeshadow because I love all fourteen shades.  These shadows are easy to use. They are great for creating a smokey eye look in seconds. And, if you are all about  a “one and done” look, these shadows are perfect for that too!  Also, the fourteen shades create the most lustrous, wet look finish, with a durable shine!

You can find the Lisa Eldridge Liquid Lurex Eyeshadows on the Lisa Eldridge Website.  Each shade (2.8 ml/0.09 fl.oz.) costs $27.

The packaging includes a recyclable white carton, with Lisa’s signature logo in gold. The ingredient sare written on the back in black ink. The plastic tube holds the liquid shadow. The lid, which doubles as the handle for the doe foot applicator, is matte gold with Lisa’s logo engraved on top.  The rest of the tube is clear plastic, with gold writing.

The formula is creamy and lightweight. Each shade has a mirror ball blend of multi-colored pearls in the formula.  Also, the shadows apply easily, and layer seamlessly.  Once the shadow set, and dry down, it won’t budge, and it becomes smudge proof.  For more intense color, and more coverage, apply a second layer.

The Cruelty Free and Vegan Formula is without Parabens, Talc, Fragrance,

Nylon 12, D6, D5, and Silicone.

The Shades

The Shades I purchased are Cressida, Angelica, Bianca and Diana.

Cressida

Cressida, a freshwater pearl shade, has the softest shimmer finish, and the most gentle luster of all the shades. This shade looks good on all skin tones.

Even more, you don’t have to limit Cressida as an eyeshadow shade, you can wear it as a highlighter on your upper cheekbones, on the inner corners of your eyes, and on Your Cupid’s bow.

Anjelica

Anjelica, beautifully wearable, is a warm pinky taupe shade with sparkling dimensions of silver, gold, violet green and gold pearls, and it has a lustrous, wet look finish with a durable shine.

Bianca

Bianca, a blushing, heather shade with sparkling notes of silver, pink, green and lavender pearl, has a lustrous wet look finish, with a durable shine.

Diana

Diana, a fiery metallic copper shade, with an intense Sienna lustre and sparkling notes of red, gold and magenta pearl, has a lustrous wet look finish , with a durable shine.

Finally, you can apply the Liquid Lurex Eyeshadow directly to your eyes with the applicator, and blend out immediately with either your fingertips or a brush.

With this method you will achieve a sparkling wash of color.  For more color intensity, and more coverage, apply another layer.  These shadows are really easy to use, the formula is amazing, and easy to use.  You’ll love the results.

PS, I am definitely ordering the Viola shade, a gilded, royal plum shade with gently shimmering pink pearls. Like her namesake, Viola can appear in different disguises. As a sheer wash across the lid, Viola appears as a metallic, plum wash. Built up, she is decadent and smoky, appearing blackened, golden plum. How fun does that sound!
