First, the packaging box looks icy cold. Specifically, the shiny, stark white color resembles snow. Additionally, icy, mirrored silver outlines the box. It looks freezing! I especially love the glistening slivers of glittery, silver ice lying on the “snow.”
Next, the white bottle has a silver lid. Surprisingly, the cap is made from a flimsy, cheap piece of plastic. And, the cap could easily break. Moreover, Kate Somerville products have always been high-end. Furthermore, the gel is expensive. Therefore, the packaging disappoints me. Most important, the cap will crack and break if you pull on it. So, do be careful not to pull on the cap.
Last, an actuator dispenses the product. Another reason to be careful,In my experience, is the product shoots out of the dispenser.

First, you will hear a snap, crackle and pop when the foam first hits your skin. In fact, it almost sounds like the pop rock candy we used to put in our mouths. It really crackles!

Remember when I told you about the alcohol denat? It is listed number 3 in the ingredients. And that means, there is a high concentration of alcohol in the product. Well, alcohol isn’t good for our skin because it dries it out! Really- it’s Not Good!
So, what do we do now? One, the gel works. Two, it is fun to use. Three, who wouldn’t love the results? Now What?
