I’m obsessed with the Jouer Skinny Dip Ultra Foil Shimmer Eye Shadow Palette ($40), from the Jouer Skinny Dip Collection. Six new ultra foil shimmer shadows, The six new ultra foil shimmering metallic shadows are a must-have for a super sparkly summer look. OMG !Gorgeous! barely describes the excitement I felt when I opened this palette and saw the six dazzling shades.
The packaging is as razzle-dazzle as the shadows are bedazzling. Super shiny, I had a difficult time photographing it because it was so sparkly. 
I like that Jouer included a palette-sized mirror. The palette itself is made from cardboard, but it is strong and sturdy. It is super-sized compared to other palettes that contain size eye shadows.
Starlight – a foil shimmer cool platinum that sparkles with a metallic sheen
Bikini – a foil shimmer warm champagne pink with a metallic finish
Skinny Dip – a foil shimmer warm gold with a metallic finish
Tan Lines – a foil shimmer antique bronze with a metallic finish
Magic Hour – a foil shimmer warm taupe with a sparkle finish
Midnight Swim – a cocoa bronze with a glitter finish
These six new ultra foil shimmer shadows can be worn layered together, or alone. You can also wear them as a gorgeous glittering accent. They are beautiful on top of your eye shadow as a finishing touch. They can also be worn as eye liner because they can be used wet and then dried down to a dry finish. They are uber-pigmented, long lasting, super sparkly and have amazing color payoff. They feel great on the eyes, and are practically creaseless.
The formula includes mica, which blurs imperfections by reflecting light. Titanium dioxide protects the skin from sun-damaging rays. They blend amazingly well. Their texture is soft and smooth, and they feel like butter. They have some fallout, which I expected, but even with the fallout, this palette is worth it. To prevent fallout from ruining your face makeup, do your eye shadow first, then do your face makeup.
Jouer’s Skinny Dip Collection is Crazy Good. Aside from the beauty of the shades, they are long-wearing, crease resistant, can be used wet, but they dry down to a dry finish.
