“Late Night Anything Goes,” was the inspiration behind the Spring 2017 Urban Decay After Dark Eyeshadow Palette ($49). A limited edition eyeshadow palette, exclusive at Sephora, was released and is now available online as of December 20 2016. You won’t see it in the stores until late January 2017.
The packaging is gorgeous. The box is a purple holograph, and the case is purple iridescent.
The case holds a full sized mirror, a double-ended eyeshadow brush, for the perfect application, and 10 fabulous jewel-toned eyeshadows. Three are re-releases, Urban Decay Cult favorites. The other seven shades are all new- just released colors.
The shades are:
Alter – a metallic white-gold with a gold shift
Scene – a light metallic pink-peach with gold shift
Supersonic – an intense metallic red-copper
Off Duty – a deep metallic bronze
Druggie – a metallic purple with a violet shift
Backfire – a burgundy satin duo-shade with a green shift
Lounge – a brick satin duo with a green shift
Fringe – a bright metallic teal
Paralyzed – navy with a tonal metallic shift
Everything you need for your “after-hours” inspired looks are in this palette. Enough with the nude palettes! It is time for a change, and this palette is far from nude! Shimmery shades, strong pigments, and the colors of jewels are formulated with the trademark Urban Decay Pigment Infusion System which creates the look of rich velvet eyes, is an extremely creamy texture (for a powder!), and very easy to blend. It is also a long-lasting shadow that will survive the night with you. Jeweled tones, metallics, and satin duo-chromes will entice you to stay out very very late- long-after- dark!
