First, you have to prime the applicator to get the lip color on the applicator. Consequently, it may take a minute worth of clicks. Don’t worry that your pen is defective. Eventual, after clicking for a minute, the color will appear on the sponge tip. Afterwards, it should take between 3-5 clicks for color to appear.
