Third in the V.I.P. Expert series, The By Terry V.I.P. Expert Paris Mon Amour Palette is cutting edge. First, the palette is another high performance masterpiece by Terry! Next, the shade range includes rosy shades and neutrals. In fact, if the palette was all rosy shades, you would look like you were ill. As a result, Terry balances the palette out with neutral shades. Therefore, you can create day and night looks. Even more, you can do a rosy eye, or a neutral eye, using both the rosy and the neutral eyeshadows. Additionally, you can create smokey looks with these shades. This palette is so well done, it is one you shouldn’t miss out on!
You can find the V.I.P. Expert. Paris Mon Amour Palette on the Beautylish Website, Selfridges, Space N.K., and on the By Terry Website. Also, the Paris Mon Amour Palette (10 X 4.35g/ 10 X 0.47 oz.) costs $56.
The Packaging For The Paris Mon Amour Palette
To begin with, the pink metallic outer box displays iconic landmarks in the city of lights. Next, the eyeshadow case, also pink metallic, also showcases the landmarks in Paris. Even more, these iconic sights are lasered, raised images, on the cover. Also, the compact is easy to open, and clicks when it is closed.
Inside, the compact has a large mirror under the lid. On the other side are two rows of five eyeshadow pans. I love that each of the eyeshadows are also embossed with either a landmark, a starburst, or a word that corresponds to the Palette.
Finally, the palette comes with a dual-ended brush. One side of the brush is soft. The other side of the brush is harder. First, the soft brush is intended to pick up, and apply, the lighter, metallic shades. Next, the hard side is perfect for the deeper shades, to line and add definition to your eyes.
The Paris Mon Amour Palette Formula
First, The Paris Mon Amour Palette has a clean, vegan formula. Then, the matte formula includes natural mica and secricite. As a result, these two ingredients that help the mattes feel creamy, so they blend easily. Even more, the rich pigments help the weartime of the shadows last longer.
Second, the metallic shades are infused with talc,so that the shadows are easy to blend. Then, pearlescent pigments create high impact color. Also, the formula uses a unique binder system to give the metallic shades their creamy texture.
As a result, the metallics have a creamy texture. Therefore, they glide onto your eyelids, easily. Finally, the metallics can be used wet or dry.

My Final Thoughts on The Paris Mon Amour Eyeshadow Palette…..
I’ve always been a huge fan of by Terry. In fact, the first stop I make is to Sephora in Paris, where I can see the whole collection! Here, we have to send for it. Thank goodness there is Beautylish! First, this is a well thought out palette. Terry took into consideration that rosy shades need neutrals to create a practical and proportional palette. Therefore, you can even create a totally neutral look while still using some of the rosy shades. This is a very versatile palette. It takes you from day to night. You can create smokey, neutral, and rosy looks. Finally, the rich pigments also create soft and bold looks.
