I fell in love with Juvia’s Place about a year and a half ago. Above all, Juvia’s Place is known for using bright vivid shades, and combining both neutral and colorful shades, in their pallets. However, this story is told through the Beauty that comes from these palettes. Significantly, these eyeshadow and blush palettes give us the taste and feel of Africa, the continent and the culture. The Saharan 11 Eyeshadow Palette is the newest “story” on the continent and in the beauty world.
In short, The New Sahara 11 Eyeshadow Palette tells the story of colors, spices, herbs, and cities with rich patterns that are very much a part of Morocco. Recently, I visited Morocco, and spent time in Marrakesh and Fez. There, I fell madly in love with the colors, the spices,and herbs, the smells and the tastes in the marketplaces. Also, I loved the Moroccan tiled patterns all over their cities, and their colorful patterned, woven cloth. With this in mind, I fell in love with this Moroccan – inspired Palette. Significantly there are three formulas among the nine shades in the palette. First, the matte formula is richly pigmented, buttery, easy to apply, easy to blend, smooth and has very little fallout.
Next, The metallic shades can be used wet or dry. Also, there are two ways the metallic shades can be applied, Further, you can use a brush to apply the metallic shades. First tap the brush on the metallic shade to collect the shadow. Then, pat the brush with the shadow onto the eye. In regard to using the metallic shades wet, spray a setting spray on your brush and then tap the brush on the metallic shade.

Marrakesh is a vibrant-medium peachy apricot shade with gold superfine glitter in a metallic finish.
Aziza
Aziza is a light golden shimmery metallic.
Hadiya
Hadiya is a light coppery-peach shade with a metallic finish.
Berber
Berber is a teal green shade with superfine blue glitter and a metallic finish.
Nomad
Nomad is a rose shade with a pink slant and pink superfine glitter duochrome.
Chefchaouen
Chefchaouen is a light mint green with a shimmery finish.
Fez
Fez is a dark chocolate shade with a matte finish.
Zohra
Zohra is a deep reddish pink shade with a matte finish.

Taza is a burnt sienna shade with a matte finish.

Specifically, Juvia’s The Sahara 11 Palette was inspired by the sites and sounds of Morocco. Interestingly, the beautiful thing about this palette, (and all of Juvia’s palettes) is that we have the opportunity to “feel” Morocco, not through a book, a movie, a magazine, or the internet. Amazingly, we can feel Morocco through Beauty. Moreover, the rich, vibrant shades of Morocca are the essential shades of The Sahara 11. These shades are extremely wearable. Also, I love the mixture of color with the neutrals in this palette. I really cannot choose favorites in this palette. Last, all of Juvia’s palettes are comparable to the highest end brands, yet they sell for less than half the price.
