Oh…..Hello Monday! I Can’t Believe you are here already! I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving Vacation, I am super- exhausted from mine, but we all had a great weekend, lot’s of family togetherness. We also celebrated Pinky’s Birthday with Fondue ! So much fun!

Pat McGrath! She has out- done herself again, “igniting the illumination of the occult” (as she puts it) with her Pat McGrath LABS Batch 005 Metalmorphosis – Version – EVERYTHING ($165), launched as a First Edition- Limited Release, last week. Bobbie Jean and I have been playing with it all weekend, It is amazing! (as usual)!
Her trademark bag, which is inspired by authentic cosmetic lab samples. She adds her signature couture sequins to the mix, so we all know we are getting another holy grail package from McGrath herself – especially when we are cleaning up the thousands of sequins all over the table! It is an awesome thing!
And it gets more exciting when the real treasures are wiped off and sequin-free! The beautiful precious metals are exposed ! This is pure Pat McGrath, the amazing runway makeup artist from London. This set is brush-free – probably on purpose, as McGrath is well-know in the world of makeup artistry for using her fingers to apply practically everything, excluding eye liner. I can honestly say, Pat McGrath is my Makeup Rockstar!
Included in the EVERYTHING Version is, well…..EVERYTHING from the Batch Metalmorphis 005. There are four Cream Metallic Pigment Compacts, four Metallic Pigments, one bottle of Mehron mixing liquid, and one black duel-ended marker.
The metallic pigments are the first horizontal row, the corresponding metal cream pigments are underneath on the second row.
Gold 001 returns and is joined by the other precious metal shades 005 Silver, 005 Bronze and 005 Copper, as well as 005 Cream Gold, 005 Cream Silver, 005 Cream Bronze and 005 Cream Copper.

Metalmorphis 005 is a Supernatural Collection for ‘Manifesting metallurgic masterpieces!’ “Subversive shine and iconic illumination” is what Pat McGrath is all about with this collection. These pigments and creams ignite illumination with “occult classics”!
The four metallic creams (in the front) can be applied with a brush, however to be in keeping with McGrath , just use your fingers. Either way will activate the luminescence with these metallic creams.
If you really want a runway look, Go Meta Metallic! Layer the metallic pigments over the molten creams for pyro-dynamic brilliance.
Use the Mehron Mixing Liquid to liquefy the pigments, and use a brush to paint – line your eyes, paint the cupid’s bow, spotlight your features. You can create gilded lips, or brighten your eyelids. Whatever you do, you will get an insane metallic payoff-which is a good thing for any makeup enthusiast (like me!)
The marker is deep, rich and jet-black. Each end is different application. The one with the sharp point will create a thinner line, the side with the slated edge will create a more dramatic line. I love this marker! I used it on the girls Saturday night because we had a family affair to go to , so I played makeup with them and I must say, they looked great!
Pat McGrath creates a frenzy with each new product she launches. I love the opulence, and outrageous looks she creates with these products in her runway shows. Her rich pigments are not only gorgeous, they create the fierce factor we have all come to know and expect from such an expert, in her runway shows, and now she has brought it to us direct from her Labs. It is definitely one of my newest makeup obsessions!
