Monday Already? Oh, Hello Week! Let’s Do This!!!!
The Cailyn Cosmetic O! WOW BRUSH Box ($32,) has been sitting on my desk, unopened, for quite a while. It is a foundation brush that looks like a big overgrown toothbrush. Because it is so not looking like a standard foundation brush, I wasn’t exactly certain how to go about using it. It has intimidated me to the point that I stare at it and it stares back at me!
Today I summoned up the courage to take a closer look at it, which means taking it out of the box and experimenting to see how this toothbrush works.
The brush is made with a plastic handle that is bent at an angle.
The bottom of the brush is flat, so it has the capability of standing. You can keep it out on your vanity.
The brush head has a plastic cap to protect the bristles – so as not to get your handbag dirty if you choose to travel with it.
The brush itself is an upside-down teardrop shape, wide on the bottom and narrows on the top. The wider section is great for applying foundation to the larger parts of the face, and the narrow section on the top worked amazingly well getting into all the nooks and crannies around the nose and eyes. The brush shape is in line for a patent.
The bristles are short and made from synthetic materials. The bristles are so densely packed together that when I rub my hand across them it feels like a thick soft velvet cushion.
It was actually quite simple to use the brush . I swiped the foundation on, and then used the brush to buff it in with circular motions. It spread my foundation effortlessly and smoothly. I had no streaking whatsoever.
What I love about the Cailyn O! WOW Brush … is it such a luxurious brush, it feels like velvet, it is comfortable and easy to use (once you get a feel for the grip), and it gave me a soft, airbrushed look, with no streaks and it was able to get into all the nooks and crannies. Now it can sit on top of my vanity, and it doesn’t have to stare at me, because I will be using it !
You Are Awesome!
We love visiting with you!
xoxo
