If you are looking for a matte liquid lip formula for your dry, winter lips, this is definitely the one, because it has the perfect, non-drying formula. I love wearing lipstick shades that make a statement, but find it difficult in the winter to wear such dramatic shades when my lips are so dry and feel so cracked. This is the one for me. My lips feel silky, moist and hydrated. I think we all are a little OCD when it comes to our lips feeling comfortable, Right? This lip liquid is AMAZING! I only wish it had a longer wear-time. But, I really cannot complain. The formula is so light and mousse-like in it’s texture. It is not wet or too liquid! It dries down to the most comfortable matte satin. And the best part, I can wear statement-making red and fuchsia shades and feel COMFORTABLE !
