Remember Goldilocks said her porridge is JUST RIGHT? That is how I feel about Natasha Denona’s New Summer Sculpt and Glow Palette for Summer 2017 ($89), it is not too sharp, and not too subtle. It is JUST RIGHT! If you are looking for a naturally beautiful contoured look, instead of the typical heavy and artificial look of the past, this is your palette (and mine too!) And it comes in two shades. light to light-medium, and medium to deep. I purchased medium to deep. I tend to get tan in the summer, even wearing a sunscreen, as I have medium-tan olive skin. The palette’s compact is beautiful. It is a rose-gold and mirrored with Sculpt and Glow written in a bronze shade, and Natasha Denona in a dark brown shade. Very simple, to the point, but very modern and chic.
The inside of the palette houses six shades. Three shades are in a gorgeous, silky, slippery, smooth cream formula. Three are powders. The powders are micro-fine, soft, smooth, and feel like velvet, more than any palette I’ve ever felt, that is how soft and silky the feeling of these powders are. Girls, this is a real luxurious palette.
There is a plastic cover that protects the three cream shades. All of the shades are labeled. The plastic cover has the names of the creams printed on the actual plastic. The powders have the names written above the pans of each shade.
The palette was designed to subtlety contour and highlight facial features in a beautiful and natural way. Natasha devised a six step method that was inspired by her strobing, highlighting and contouring techniques, which she uses on her clients, models, participating in photo shoots.
Formulated with anti-aging properties, the formula is high in antioxidants and contains Jojoba Oil and Sunflower Seed Oil to hydrate the skin.
Step 1 – Apply highlighting cream to the high points of the face to give a sheer coverage using a medium brush.

Step 2 – Apply Pressed Japanese powder
Apply to the t-zone with a powder brush. If you use the Baking Technique, you can also use the Japanese Powder.
Step 3 – Use Sculpting Contour Cream to bring more definition and depth to the face using a medium sized brush. Then use a damp sponge (like a beauty blender) to blend the contour, giving an airbrushed finish.
Step 4 – using a bronzer brush, blend the contours with Contour Sculpting Powder.
Step 5 – Use a damp sponge to apply Face Glow Cream Shimmer to the high points of the face – the cheekbones, the bridge of the nose, and the Cupid’s bow, and brow bone.

Step 6 – use All Over Glow in Shimmer Powder on top of Face Glow Cream for the ideal radiance.
