It’s that time of year again! Christmas and New Years are right around the corner. Furthermore, it is getting colder and colder. My skin feels so dry, I feel like I bathe in Argan Butter. My lips are just as bad. However, I just tried the Make Beauty Serum Balm Hydrating Lip Balm, and it is soooo good. Why? It is a super hydrating, perfectly tinted lip balm that gives your lips a subtle wash of color. In fact, the Serum Balm is more skin care, than makeup! Going Forward, Make Beauty has done a reset .

Not only is it a hydrating lip balm, the lip serum balm is a super hydrating, perfectly tinted lip treatment, oil, serum, gloss balm fusion. And it gives you a subtle wash of color.

Packaging
First, the outer packaging is a silver foiled cardboard tube with a silver foiled cardboard lid. 
Then, inside the outer tube is the actual lip serum balm tube. 
The plastic lip balm tube is short, chubby and squat, about the size of a lipstick. The lid on the tube is plastic, light silver matte shade. 
Make is etched onto the top of the lid. Unscrew the lid, and it becomes the lip balm applicator. 
At the other end from the lid, handle, is a slanted doe-foot applicator. Also,the applicator’s doe-foot, a chunky, ultra plus super- size, that delivers just the right amount of sheer color. 
And, I’m thinking that you’ll be able to see if you are running out of product when you look into the window on the base of he tube. The bottom of the tube is a metallic silver base. 
The front of the base has a see-through slit/window. Therefore, you can peek into the window to the inside of the tube, and see the shade color.
Formula
The formula is super-hydrating, perfectly tinted, never sticky lip balm. Also, the formula is has more sustainability as the brand uses cleaner, more effective ingredients, also using more technology in their formula. The brand harnesses the advancements of biotechnology to create sustainable formulas withy botanical ingredients, lab engineered natural ingredients,and skin compatible synthetics.
The formula for the lip balm serum gives your lips instant hydration with natural lip volumizing ingredients derived from biomolecules from pomegranate flowers.
Liquid jojoba wax adds cushion and long-lasting shine to your lips. The formula plumps, hydrates and restores your lips. Lips feel slippery, soft and not sticky.
The formula also includes sodium Hyaluronate to hydrate and lock moisture in. Avocado OIl and Glycerides nourish and soften your lips. THD-bioavailable, oil-soluble vitamin C Ester helps plump the lips. Furthermore, the formula uses L.E.N.I. Technology, lab engineered natural ingredients .
Shades
I Purchased three of the collection’s five shades. The shades I did not purchase, Lilac Layer, an orchid purple shade, has a shiny finish, and Nude Nova, a warm nude with a shiny fiish. The shades are translucent, so they lightly tint the lips. You can wear the serum balm alone, or over lipstick to lock in moisture.
I purchased Halo Moon, Sun Flare, and PInk Cerise.
