Before New Years, I was watching a You tube video about “getting party ready!” And, It was this video, that inspired me, Even more,I discovered an amazing makeup product! For one thing, it is a smoothing, setting powder. Moreover, the Lancome Absolue Peche Powder is not a new product. In fact, it has been around for quite a while. Lancome Absolue Peche Powder is a radiant smoothing, setting powder, that’ll make your skin look flawless. But, above all, it gives your skin an ethereal luminosity. Finally, your skin will look like it is lit from within!
Although, Absolute Peche is a weird name for this setting powder. The reason is, it has no peach tones in at , at all!
You can find Lancome Absolue Peche Powder at Saks Fifth Avenue, Blooomingdales, Nordstrom, Macy’s and on the Lancome Beauty Website. Furthermore, the Radiant Smoothing Powder sells for $60 at Saks, Bloomingdales, and Macy’s. Although, at Nordstrom and on the Lancome Website, it sells for $62.
Packaging For Lancome Absolue Peche Powder
To start with, the outer box is silver metallic.
Inside, the Lancome Absolue Peche Powder comes in a beautiful frosted glass jar.
Also, the jar has a twist on, twist off white plastic lid. It is a pretty jar, that would look elegant on your vanity. It is a rather large jar. therefore, it is bulky. so, I don’t recommend it for travel.
Opened, the powder comes with it’s own powder puff. Since the powder isn’t translucent, I would say throw the powder puff out. It will smear the powder in an uneven way. Instead, you can either use a large fluffy brush, or a beauty sponge to apply the powder.
Underneath the powder puff, is a plastic grate. The powder comes out of the little holes on the great. So, I suggest you use the lid, and tap some of the powder into the lid. Then, use your sponge, or brush to grab the powder,
The Lancome Absolue Peche Powder Formula
First, the Formula uses an Intensive Color Clarity Technology that includes micro sparkles that optimize the powder’s lighting effect. Moreover, it wraps your skin in a soft, luxurious veil of powdr. Instead, it is a warm-toned, light-medium beige shade, with a natural looking finish. Don’t let the light-medium deceive you. For one thing, it melds with your skin. So, it looks good on medium skin. Done right, it would look just as good on medium – tan skin tones too.
How To Apply Lancome Absolue Peche For an Even-Toned Luminosity That Looks Lit From Within
First, the Lit From Within Look you’ll create will look like the glow is coming from you. It won’t look like you took a highlighter, and strobed your face to look like a strobe light!
To begin, you can use theAbsolue Peche Powder two ways. First, you can use it on the center of your face, on your forehead, down the center of your nose, on your Cupid’s Bow and on your chin. That’s right, you will light up your glow from the center. On the other hand, the way I like to use it, is all over my face. In order to achieve this look, you’ll have to do a few things first.
Clean Your Face
One, make sure your face is clean, toned, and moisturized. Let the moisturizer sit for about five minutes, to soak into your skin.
Use a Moisturizing Face Primer
Then, use a lubricating face Primer. I am in love with the new one from Victoria Beckham, The Rejuvenating Priming Moisturizer.
Conceal Your Imperfections
Next, use your concealer under your eyes, in the corners of your nose, down the center of your nose, and dab it onto all anything you want to cover up.
Apply Foundation
Then, it is time for your foundation. Use a beauty blender and roll and dab the foundation until it looks like a second skin.
Time For Absolue Peche

Now, it’s time for the Absolue Peche. Put some powder into the lid, like you used to do with the loose Bare Mineral Powders. Then, you can use a brush, or your beauty blender, and either put the powder on the high points of your face, nor all over your face with a big fluffy brush.
Add more on your cheeks if you want! You are gonna love the glow!
Finish With Bronzer
Use your bronzer to add some definition to your face, and warm up your face a bit. Use it around your hairline, your jaw line, and the hollows of your cheeks.
