Jill Stuart Beauty has been around since 2005. However, it is new to me! Although, Jill Stuart, New York Fashion Designer, has been designing clothes, handbags, and jewelry since she was 15 years old. Above all, Jill Stuart on one of our great fashion designers here in the US. In addition, I have always loved her fashions. But, they can be very expensive! Finally, Jill Stuart designs for women. Therefore, she celebrates female empowerment and individuality. One thing I love is, on one hand, she can design girly, and vintage clothes. On the other hand, she can be feminine and modern. Above all, Jll Stuart Beauty is an extension of her fashion style. I fell in love with the Limited Edition, Jill Stuart Eternal Couture Eyes Shimmer Fall 2019 collection. Above all, the collection was inspired by accessories made of pearls.
Moreover, the new Limited Edition Jill Stuart Eternal Couture Eyes Shimmer comes in five colors. And, the only places, where you can find Jill Stuart Beauty, at least that I know of, are on the Beautylish Website, and the Jill Stuart Beauty Website. Each eyeshadow palette costs $48. Furthermore, Beautylish has three of the five Eternal Couture Eyes Shimmer, 01, 04 and 05. Moreover, Jill Stuart’s website only has 01 and 05!
Jill Stuart Eternal Couture Eyes Shimmer Packaging
First, you would never know, by looking at the plain, pink outer box, what was inside! For one thing, the case, inside, is a vintage design of a jewelry box! Moreover, it is embellished with cut crystal that emits a gem-like sparkle.
Inside, the palette has a full-sized mirror on one side. On the other side is the four pans of sparkling eyeshadows. Also included is a double ended applicator. On one side of the applicator, a rounded edge sponge, lays down eyeshadow. On the other side, a pointed edge sponge, does the detail work. For example, you can apply shadow to the inner corners of your eyes. Also, you can use the shadow as an eyeliner, and line your lower lash lines.
Moreover, the first three shadows look like faceted diamonds. However, the darkest shade, also the fourth shade, has a J imprinted in it. Finally, the palette has a outside push- button . First, press the button to open the palette. To close the palette, snap the lid down.
Jill Stuart Couture Eyes Shimmer Formula
The formula includes Eternal Pearl, in the form of powder. To explain, Eternal Pearl is made of frost, mica and titanium oxide. As a result. the formula gives a pearl-like. lustrous finish. Also included are beauty essences, such as rosemary extract, lavender, oil, and avocado oil, that is moisturizing. In this way it makes a smooth, satin texture. In addition, the base has a translucence like mother of pearl. As a result, it brings out the rich sparkle of the frost with a shimmer.
Finally, the Eyes Shimmer Formula has the scent of a crystal floral bouquet fragrance.
There is no alcohol, (ethyl alcohol), or paraben in the formula.

FIRST, (FROM LEFT TO RIGHT) APPLY THE HIGHLIGHT (SHADE A) OVER THE ENTIRE EYELID WITH FINGERTIPS OR APPLICATOR. NEXT, LAYER THE ACCENT SHADE (B) AND THE NUANCE BLEND COLOR (C) ALL OVER THE EYELID. FINALLY, APPLY THE SHADING COLOR(D) ON YOUR LASH LINES.
