The Ipsy Subscription Bag for September 2017 was a good one. Every Ipsy bag contains five deluxe sample products. Each bag may have slight variations, hence not all of the bags are exactly alike. The bags include makeup, haircare, nailcare and skincare deluxe samples. however, once in awhile you may receive a full-sized product.
The Ipsy Subscription Cosmetic Bag changes monthly. The September 2017 bag is made from a black rubbery material. The bag’s design is a raised pyramid pattern. There is a zipper on top of the bag, in addition two attachments hang from the zipper so it is easy to zip and unzip. The products arrive inside of the cosmetic case.

Luxie created their medium angled shader brush in their signature rose-gold shade. The angled brush is made with synthetic bristles. Angled bristles are encased in a rose-gold ferrule atop a chic, pink handle. This brush has equal amounts of fluff and brush. It a a great brush for blending out shadow lines, or smoking outwards the outer corners of your eyes. This is a full-sized brush. It costs $12, which is more than the $10 price of the entire monthly bag!

The formula , natural minerals infused with vitamin E and Mica , treat skin and also give skin light diffusing capabilities. It is a longwearing formula that also hydrates the skin.
The highlighter on the left is a beautiful golden hued shade with a shimmery finish. The Blush, on the right, is a bit too light for my skintone. I can use the blush as a highlighter. Pixi by Petra Blush is a full sized item. It is sold with a kabuki brush and costs $18 .

The monthly cost of $10 didn’t cost as much as the Luxie shaper brush, which would cost $12 if you were to purchase one. I think the September 2017 Ipsy Bag is a winner!
