In fact, there are several reasons why I wear matte lipstick. First, lipstick not only affects the way you look, it also affects the way you feel. You know you will feel good all day when you have your favorite lipstick on. Furthermore, when you wear lipstick, even if you don’t wear any other makeup, you’ll still feel and look put together.

First of all, ” The beauty of the rose.” was Huda’s inspiration for her first Power Bullet Matte Collection. Furthermore, Huda designed this collection with both cool and warm tones. According to Huda, “buying the perfect shade that will look amazing on you is super easy.” All you need to do is know your undertone. The reason is, knowing your undertone isn’t only essential for choosing the right products for your complexion, it can make finding a lipstick shade that will illuminate your complexion foolproof.

The Power Bullet Lipstick comes in a cloudy plastic Box. Although cloudy, you can see through the plastic.
Hence, you can see the lipstick tube inside.
As a result you’ll be able to see what shade of lipstick is in the box. Moreover, each tube is the actual color of the lipstick bullet inside the tube.
Furthermore, I love the magnetic closure on the lipstick tube. First, it makes the lipstick more luxurious. Second, it protects the lipstick bullet, if the lid were to come off. For example, if the lid came off in your handbag, the lipstick would have all sorts of gunk on it.

Most important, each shade has a different formula. Huda wanted each lipstick shade to be as comfortable as it was pigmented.
So, each shade uses sweet almond oil to custom craft it. As a result, every shade is smooth and moist (for a matte), and glides on like a balm.
Also, You’ll get opaque color payoff with one swipe. As a result, it doesn’t feel like the other matte lipsticks that I have! First, it wars all day. Also, it feels weightless on your lips. And, it doesn’t dry out your lips like other matte formulas. In fact, it is a soft and creamy matte formula, which is really unique!

There are eight lipstick shades in the Collection. However, I purchased three of them.
First, Interview, a warm-toned peachy nude shade, has a comfortable matte finish.
Next, Pay Day, a cool-toned dusty-rose shade, has a comfortable matte finish.
Finally, Pool Party, a cool-toned berry shade, has a comfortable matte finish.
One quick note, the reason I chose warm and cool tones is because my undertone is neutral. Neutral undertones can go either warm, or cool.
Huda Beauty Power Bullet Matte Lipstick Collection – Last But Not Least……
Matte Lipsticks can be a real drag to wear. First, they can really dry out your lips . Not only do they make your lips dry, they make them chapped, parched and flakey. Then, you don’t want to wear anything on your lips besides Aquaphor Ointment! Aside from making your lips uncomfortable, the area around your lips gets all red and chapped from you licking them. Hey, the only reason you were licking them was because your matte lipstick made your lips so dry, you were trying to moisten them!
Huda knows all this! Therefore, she updated the traditional lip bullet. First, she changed the shape of the bullet. As a result, your application becomes much easier. Next, Huda adds moisturizing ingredients to the formula. As a result, the matte lipstick looks great on the outside. Furthermore, it is comfortable underneath, where your lips feel moist.
