Apply the Prime shade over the entire eyelid. Blend the Enhance shade from the outer corner into the center of the eyelid and crease. Apply the smoke shade along the top and bottom lash lines and blend into the outer corner and crease. Finish with mascara.
My Final Thoughts On The Bejeweled Eyes To Hypnotise……..
First, I love the silver starburst holiday packaging.
Also, I love that you can create both day and night looks.
And, Charlotte’s formula is spot on. It has just the right amount of pigment to make the shadows glow. The of instagram eye looks doesn’t work well with Covid masks. Also, where are we really going, Now they are saying we shouldn’t have family gatherings to celebrate Thanksgiving, or Christmas. So, we aren’t going to look like we are going to a disco. I like that these shadows glow and shimmer. Plus, I love that Charlotte curates this palette, and tells you how to wear the shadows. That is another reason why these yearly palettes are so great!
