The Holiday Season has been a buy time for Bobbi Brown!   I have already reviewed two of their Holiday Palettes.  First, I loved the sparkling jewel tones in the BB Luxe Gems Eyeshadow Palette.  Next, I also liked the fall colors in the BB Autumn Avenue Palette.  Another palette, also part of the Holiday Collection, is the Bobbi Brown Eyeshadow Palette “In A Flash.”   I think that “In A Flash” is a cross between the sparkling gems, and the spicy fall palettes.  For one thing, it has jewel tones, neutrals, golds, and spicy brown shades.    Also, the Autumn Avenue Palette inspiration came from the streets of NYC.  Now, the “In A Flash” Palette’s inspiration also came from a famous NYC street.  In fact, the sparkling lights on NYC’s 5th Avenue inspired the color story for the “In A Flash” Eyeshadow Palette !

Moreover, “In A Flash” is a 12-pan eyeshadow palette that is more versatile than the other two palettes.  The reason is, it is a mix of everyday colors and bold glittery shades.  So, you can wear the neutral mattes for every day, and at night, you can amp up your look with the bold metallics!  Furthermore, it is the perfect palette to wear next week.  I hope you didn’t forget that it is New Years Eve.  And, whether you go out on the town, or a quiet dinner and a movie, you can wear this palette!!!!!!

Even better, the palette used to cost $59.  However, Now it is on Sale at Bloomingdales, Macy’s , Nordstroms, and on the Bobbi Brown Cosmetics Website for $40.  Therefore, it is a great value!  And, it is so worth it for this palette.

First of all, I loved the holiday packaging for this years BB Collection.  For one thing, I love that the packaging is festive.  The outer box has, an  angled mirror design.

Even more, when the angles hit light,  they  reflect the light.  As a result, the angles, when light hits them, create iridescent holograms.

It looks really cool.  Inside, the palette is large. Also, it has a tight magnetic closure.  Also, the 12 pans are a nice size.  And, my favorite requirement, it does have a nice full-sized mirror!

The Formula For Bobbi Brown Eyeshadow Palette “In A Flash”

The pressed powder eye shadows have rich, bold pigments.  Furthermore, the formula includes talc.  So, if you can’t wear talc, this is a no go for you!  Also, the formula is creamy and silky.  As a result, the shadows are easy to apply, and easy to layer.  In fact, you can layer the different finishes to create more dimensional looks.  Additionally, the shadows are buildable.  Although, you will have some fallout.  Therefore, put the rest of your makeup on after you do your eyes.  However, this palette’s quality is really good.
