First of all, a word about my hero product. Biologique Recherche P50 1970 has been my skin’s savior. To start with, I apply it in the morning and in the evening. ‘It gently exfoliates the skin, regulates excessive sebum secretion, moisturizes and helps maintain the epidermis’ acid pH.’ Recently, BR came out with the Biologique Recherche Serum De Teint. Furthermore, it protects your skin, while it perfects your skin. In other words, it gives your complexion natural coverage. Also, it brightens and evens out your complexion. Then, it gives your skin a healthy-looking glow.
Even more, while it does all that, the Serum De Teint. also, creates a shield for the outer layer of your skin. As a result, it protects your skin from powerful UV Rays. Also it protects your skin from Infrared rays. Even more, it guards you from Blue Light. Finally, it also protects your skin from pollution! Therefore, your epidermis is protected. And, since it is not compromised, it is able to perform the way it is supposed to.
The cons of this Serum are three-fold. First, it is very costly. Second, it doesn’t have a huge assortment of shades. In fact, there are only five shades to choose from. And, third, you can’t go into a store to purchase Biologique Recherche products. Unfortunately, you can find it in a handful of spas. I purchase mine at Rescue Spa.You can also find the products at Paul LAbrecque. Finally, Biologique Recherche has their own website. The Serum De Teint cost for 1 fl oz/ 30ml is $140.
Biologique Recherche Serum De Teint Packaging
To begin with, the Serum De Teint’s outer box looks like it came out of a lab. To illustrate, the white box is very antiseptic-looking. Although, on one side of the box, you can see through to the bottle inside.
Furthermore, the glass bottle has a brushed gold lid. 
Under the lid, is a pump dispenser. 
I really love pump dispensers, because it is easy to use, and what comes out is more precise than if you were to dump the product from an opened bottle. 
In other words, there is no mess with a pump dispenser.
The Formula For Biologique Recherche Serum De Teint
Let’s start with what the formula doesn’t have. For one thing, it doesn’t have an SPF. Therefore, wear an SPF under the serum. Also, the formula is fragrance-free. Even more, it is not oily, not comedogenic, and it is 100% silicone free.
Next, the formula does have a fluid texture , that makes for an easy, seamless application. In addition, the formula includes a precise combination of pigments for the ideal tint.
Also, the formula includes long-lasting moisture components, one of which is Prickly Pear Seed Oil. So, the formula is moisturizing, and your skin feels comfortable all day.
Furthermore, the protection comes from the extract of butterfly bush flowers, and polysaccharide ( an anti-pollution ingredient.). Photo-protecting and anti-pollution ingredients are what create a shield. As a result, the surface of your skin is “shielded” against the harsh external factor, such as free radicals and radiation from the sun.
The Biologique Recherche Serum De Teint Shades
First, there are only five shades to choose from. However, if you are between two shades, it won’t matter much which one you choose. The reason is, the formula is very light, and forgiving. So, the shades are numbered Teint #1, Teint #2, Teinte #3, Teint #4 and Teinte #5. The #1 tint is the fairest shade. Next, #2 is for light complexions. I purchased tint #3, which is a medium shade. Therefore, #4 would be my shade if I were tan. And, #5 is for deeper complexions.
Serum De Teint The Finish
Moreover, all of the tints have a healthy, natural, radiant glowing finish. The key word here is natural. The shades won’t mask your skin with heavy makeup! Instead, they will even out your skin. And, the formula feels natural, like skin, on your face.
How To Apply Serum De Teint
You can use a brush, a sponge, or your fingertips to apply the Serum. Personally, I prefer using a brush. I like the way I could easily brush the serum on.
My Final Thoughts on the Serum De Teint
First of all, I love the Perfection aspect of the serum. and the natural coverage of the Serum. Also, it gave my skin an instant, healthy glow. That is exactly what I am looking for in the summer. Plus, it made my skin look natural, subtle, and flawless! And, I really like the fact that BR put skincare in this formula. Which bring me to the Protection aspect of the serum. So, the skin has a shield of protection that permits the epidermis to do the job it was intended to do.
