It is exciting when a new product launches. So, when I heard that Beauty Blender was releasing Beauty Blender Bounce Foundation, I couldn’t wait to try it.. To begin with, it is the first makeup product, since the release of the Beauty Blender. Also, in case you have been hiding under a rock for the past ten years, the original beauty blender is a tool, that is a sponge, that you use to apply your foundation. The original beauty blender is a pink sponge in the shape of an egg. The new Beauty Blender foundation has a unique formula. Furthermore, it comes in 32 colors. The New Bounce Foundation’s design works perfectly with the beauty blender.
You can find the new Beauty Blender Bounce Liquid Whipped Foundation at Sephora and on the Beauty Blender Website. The Bounce Foundation retails for $40. Additionally, you are going to need a beauty blender to apply the foundation. You can find the original beauty blender at Sephora, Ulta, and on the Beauty Blender Website. The iconic beauty blender retails for $20.
Beauty Blender Bounce Foundation Packaging
First of all, the Beauty Blender Whipped Foundation’s packaging is the coolest packaging I’ve ever seen.
In other words, it’s revolutionary!
First, built into the back of the bottle is an indentation in the shape of a beauty blender. So, instead of pumping foundation onto the back of your hand, the foundation pumps into the indentation.
Moreover, your original beauty blender fits perfectly into the egg shape.
As a result, this is where you dip your beauty blender to pick up the foundation.
Another great feature the bottle has is a button that locks the bottle. It is easy to lock the bottle. Just, slide the button into the lock position.
And, it is easy to press the top of the bottle to pump out the foundation.
Beauty Blender Bounce Foundation Formula
The Formula is unique. For instance, a patented , high-speed “Hyper” Whip technique whips the formula into a texture that is light as air. Interestingly, the velveteen-matte finish is multi-dimensional. In other words, from a straight -on angle, you’re finish looks smooth and even. However, when you turn your head from side to side, the velvet-matte finish has a slight sheen. For example, it looks like when you first put on your moisturizer. Finally, the high-performance formula is long-wearing.
Beauty Blender Bounce Foundation Shades
To begin with, the foundation comes in 32 shades. Therefore, when choosing your shade, you have a few of choices to make. First, you need to choose your shade category. Therefore, you need to pick whether you are light, medium, medium+, and deep. Next, and just as important, you must choose your undertone. Your undertone is either neutral, warm, cool, olive, and deep.
I purchased a medium + with neutral undertones shade 3.25.
Beauty Blender Bounce Foundation Last But Not Least……….
The shade I selected, 3.25, was a perfect match. If you have never been color matched at Sephora, now is a good time to do it. First, it is really accurate! Therefore, shade 3.25 was the match that showed up online. Another thing I forgot to mention, the Whipped Bounce Foundation gives a medium to full coverage.
Last, if you are not using a beauty blender, you aren’t putting on your foundation correctly. And,if you are using a beauty blender, are you making it damp? For optimal use, dampen the beauty blender before you use it. It doubles in size when it is damp. However, when it dries, it returns to its natural state.
Then, roll and bounce the sponge to apply your foundation.
Let me know if you decide to try the new Bounce foundation from Beauty Blender. I think you’ll love it. Remember, to choose your color, and your undertones when you are choosing the right shade for your skin tone. If you need help choosing your undertone, click here.
